The burgers are juicy and fragrant and they give ample amounts of meat. This place is such a great deal when you factor in the price and size of the burgers. Typically I ignore those little things but after missing such big items in a relatively small order (around 6 pm and no one else in the drive through) I may as well bring it all up. Only came here a couple times before first time was fine, but this lack of service for that type of order is crazy. Manager either isn't doing their job or everyone needs to be re trained. The team members I interacted with were nice, no problem there. But there's a lack of awareness within the restaurant.

I then proceeded to the pick up window where both a male & female manager were looking at me ugly.
