This is a horrible fuel station! I stopped to refuel while visiting the area, the location is hard to get into and out of the lot due to being at an intersection with heavy traffic. I was going to clean the bugs and road debris off of the windshield and there were no squeegees or anything else to clean the windows with. After I completed fueling I wanted a receipt for my purchase, the pump display said to see the cashier. I went inside to get my receipt and the guy working acted like I had a third eye or something, but eventually I did get the receipt. I kind of think pay at the pump is so the customer doesn't have to you know....go inside, apparently not at this station though! read more

I like the ease of getting what I need and getting home. I can do that with Circle K. The store offers a nice variety of fountain soda and frozen sodas. Yep, you can get a fountain soda here during the Covid pandemic! You can get them at places that you would think are just a quick trip. The staff at Circle K cares and it shows. They want to give you an experience like no other where you want to come back. read more

Let me preface this by saying I just moved from Kansas City and Quiktrip rules the day there and I haven't stepped foot in a Circle K in like 20 years. However, this place and all the employees there should be embarrassed. I've been in there 3 times, lacking any other real options around me here. Every time it's been dirty, not stocked, trash everywhere, out of half their items... in other words the place is trash. I don't expect it to be Quiktrip level of clean or friendliness... but this is a joke, right? This is the best that Illinois has to offer? I get there isn't a tremendous amount of money around here but take a little fucking pride in your workplace. If this is okay with Circle K it's disgusting. read more

I guess you can't expect too much out of a convenient store / gas station, but I've always had an interesting experience in this place. Today, I simply went in to buy a case of water. I had to wait behind a customer that was buying probably 20 lottery tickets...it was taking forever. And, the entire time I was waiting, the guy behind me was "trying out a lighter" by continuously lighting it. I guess it met his expectations because the checkout lane next to me opened up and he sprinted to it, while I still waited behind the lottery dude.... Oh well. I prefer Quick Trip. The vibe always seems better at Quick Trip. Plus, Circle K merely has a selection of donuts and sodas to drink, whereas QT actually has fresh sandwiches! read more

Station is out of gas but they can't bother to put up signs or tell people trying to gas up. Waste of my time!!

I go to this dumb ass store every morning and every day is the same....One girl waiting on a ton of customers and the "manager" acting as if she is just tooo incredibly "busy" to help clear the morning rush. It isn't much better in the afternoon either, last night I went in around 5pm and the 2 guys behind the counter were face deep in their cell phones as the line grew. It took over 8 minutes to pay for a fountain drink....Circle K is concentrating too hard on taking over other stores and ignoring the fact that they don't have even 1 good worker in any of their stores....pathetic.
