I was going to clean the bugs and road debris off of the windshield and there were no squeegees or anything else to clean the windows with. After I completed fueling I wanted a receipt for my purchase, the pump display said to see the cashier. I went inside to get my receipt and the guy working acted like I had a third eye or something, but eventually I did get the receipt. I kind of think pay at the pump is so the customer doesn't have to you know....go inside, apparently not at this station though!

I often drove to Waterways in Creve Couer just to find a decent car wash. Even then, I often had to ask for certain things to be addressed and wasn't totally satisfied. Because I was going out of town, I wanted a detailed car wash that addressed my habit of eating on the run. Do it yourself car vacuums never seem to have enough power to thoroughly vacuum a messy car. So, just this once I decided to take the recommendation and give Auto Spa a try...mainly because I was running out of time. The attendant was going over the different car wash prices when I asked, "Am I going to be pleased with your service? I am a very picky person!" His response was, "I guarantee you will be." While waiting for my vehicle I asked the person next to me if they were please with the service. His response was, "Oh yes, they do a great job" When finished and attendant waved me over, I was prepared to inspect vehicle and offer suggestions that would make me happy with the job done. I couldn't believe it! My three year old car looked brand new. Not a crumb on the floor, cup holders and compartments looked brand new and the attention to the inside as well as outside, impeccable! I couldn't find anything that needed attention! So thank you Auto Spa! Your team of both guys and gals provided supreme service to this very satisfied customer. During Summer season they are open 24/6. for some reason Sunday night into Monday morning they are closed. During the Fall and Winter their hours change. And yet it still continues to be advertised as 24/7. They also have an issue supplying each pump with a register tape. I cannot count the many times I've had to go into the store to get my receipt. In addition, when the pump has malfunctioned and closed for repairs, instead of putting a bag on the nozzle letting the consumer know that the pump is down, you actually have drive up to the pump and read the message on the screen. Some of the screens on the pumps have been badly, scratched and are difficult to read at the angle of sitting in your car. I have photo at 4 o'clock in the morning of September 14th, 2023 and the lights are out at the pump.

There were zero fires that i witnessed here when i was fueling. They also have multiple grades of gas to chose from. There might be winshield wiper fluid but i didnt check. As i filled my tank my mind wandered and I daydreamed about a family of raccoons that may or may not live behind the shop in the brush. These raccoons may be a young couple with 3 newborns that the mother is dilligently nursing while the father forages for food from the dumpsters of nearby stores. One if the baby raccoons might be born with a missing toe on his front left paw but totally healthy otherwise. This is all just speculation but I could see it being possible.
