This Costco always has incredible customer service, I don't nearly feel as stressed and I feel like it's a lot spaced out. The parking lot has enough space for the area, I don't ever feel like it's too crowded, and the selection is always nice as well. The cafe has pretty good and fresh stuff, I will say. I wish I had some things like some other Costco's like the mint ice cream come up, but it's not the end of the world. I like the service, I like the spacing, I like the parking lot, and I like the item selection in this Costco. Hands down my favorite and I always have a good experience here. The store is always clean and the staff here is very helpful, even to the point of walking with you to find something. I try , but fail, to stay away from the bakery....they have the best croissants I know of.... And the baked goods are always fresh and delicious. Even the cheesecake is awesome. There are certain things I buy here often and enjoy the samples to try new things. We can't leave without a stop at the food court! I like that there are multiple entry and exits at this location. Prior to even needing a refill I brought a list of all our prescriptions with insurance documentation. First encounter, I waited more than 30 minutes to pick-up a RX that had been phoned in 6 hours earlier. They had no record. (I am SURE the doctor had transmitted it). Second occasion, again nearly a half hour wait to pick up RX refill for my wife. Was told the Rx was going to be over $200! Said, we have insurance with a co-pay of ZERO. Was told her insurance info wasn't in the system and if I wanted it I needed to pay the $200. Very, very unhelpful. That's why we go to Wal Mart...no hassle, notification and personable staff.
