This place suxxx. I spent $70.66 in gas and my battery went out just as I was leaving. I went in to use the bathroom while waiting for AAA and the bro working there told me they were "closed for cleaning" when they clearly weren't, because (1) they clearly weren't and (2) I HAD JUST USED THEM. I bought a snickers and he followed me to my car (dead battery and all) and asked what I was doing in the parking lot and threatened to call the cops because he thought I was a tweeker and not a customer? $70.66 cents worth of unleaded 87 says I am :p and a snickers

Sadness. I come here to get their incredibly-priced 44-oz. Froster (aka Icee or Slurpee) but this location has succumbed to a sticky, grimy mess in the last few months. I'm guessing the store got busy during the summer months but the mess around the fountain drinks need a little mopping up every once in a while. I think a good indicator of when to mop up is when your flip-flops stick to the tile floors and leave excellent specimen for forensic experts. As for the gas pumps, the receipt printers often need paper and the area around them could use a little hosing down as well. Unfortunately, it seems others have had a bad experience with the staff but personally, I haven't had any difficulty with any of the cashiers. They have always been helpful and friendly each time I come around to the store. Perhaps they are short-staffed but that is an issue with an easy solution, I would think.

This got a star for being open. Surly employees and scary, sticky shot all over the floor, inside and out. Surprised the health department hasn't come and chewed them out. Thing is, they don't have an indigent population or a run-down 'hood, so this is just blasphemy

Slowest pumps in town, when they work. Car wash is always broken. It amazes me that there is such a trashy place in Arrowhead.

Car wash sucks. I paid $8 for my jeep to still look dirty... That's what I get for being lazy and not doing it myself.

Most places I called had waits up to a week out, but Definitive was ready in a couple days. Stephan said he'd be at my house at 8am and damned if he wasn't there at 8 on the dot. I noticed they didn't employ a two-bucket washing method. If that bothers you, just a heads up but my truck was pretty clean to begin with (apart from the sap) so they went ahead and pressure washed it. Afterward they polished and waxed it. It wasn't at the level of a paint correction specialist but for the price I could hardly complain. They even cleaned up the frame rails inside of the wheel wells On god, the car looked like it just rolled off the lot. Well done, Stephan and gang. I'll be coming back for your business again and recommending you to everyone who asks.

A soda can had fallen out of my backpack and exploded the day before, hence the reason I was looking for a detailer. Not only did they come the same day, they split the job between our work and our home so we could finish our shift. The truck is fabulous clean! Removed the soda, grass and dog hair. This is a busy truck between dogs and football, it was pretty messy. They did a great job! I wish I would have taken a before and after picture. Thank you so much!

Been searching all over Phoenix for a decent condition do -it-yourself carwash…read more These places have slowly disappeared over time with the rise of automated washes and get harder and harder to find. I can finally stop looking! First time going, but I plan to wash my car here regularly now. Everything is in working condition -all the pressure wash nozzles are spraying in an even, unclogged manner. The pressure wash also has a spot free rinse (the owners there confirmed it's hooked up to their water filtration system that runs to the filtered water machine out front). I bring my own buckets/chamois for a full washing, then use the pressure wash for rinsing and cleaning out my wheels. Best option for you car lovers who don't want to run the risk of scratching, spiderwebbing, damage, or incomplete washes. Some tips: Make sure to run/rinse the pressure washer between cycle changes so you're not spraying residual stuff from the hose all over (eg: brake cleaner) Bring your own chamois and a bucket for that extra cleaning that won't come off with spraying alone Make sure to dry your car before the sun dries it out to avoid water spots (the filtered water reduces the amount significantly too, though). Pro tip: always use clean towels and DAB the water up. Don't wipe it off. Yes, more effort - but much less risk of scratching/spidwerwebbing. Careful with the compressed air, you'll blow dust from the ground onto your newly washed car if you're not careful.

ORIGINAL POST: The washes at this location are GREAT! But trying to cancel the membership plan has been an absolute nightmare. Their membership system cycles to dead-end corners and when you go to the main site to cancel, it has a button to cancel, but leads to another cycle page. It has been super difficult to get in contact with anyone to cancel and has been super frustrating. I won't use them again for this reason--be forewarned if you are considering a membership. I had way way better service and easier communication with Cobblestone, who I'll be going back to. I had switched to Super Star because I thought the location would be more convenient. Cobblestone, I see now, though, is worth the drive.

She then proceeded to hit the subscription button, then asked me for my phone number. I told her I didn't want to give her that. She basically said she needed it for the subscription because it is cheaper if you wash your car twice a month. I restated I didn't want it. I have never had someone try to slide a sale in like that. Shady sales at best. There are a dozen other car washes around, I will be going to one of them.
