warning @!!!! 1. this company provides zero customer service to help with billing issues 2. they will respond to this by saying how happy they are to help i should just email support. 3. nobody will respond. they did not respond to the credit card company or beter business bureau and attendents at the carwash couldn't help. 4. they overcharged me by $10. trying to take care of this minor error i spent multiple hours. 5. things just got worse. i will have to close my credit card that i've had for 20 years, as they keep trying to bill for the next month even though i said ":cancel my acct" in the many emails i sent. now everyday i get multiple notices from my credit card that a charge was declined because i deleted that virtual credit card. only way to stop that was to delete the underlying card. my best advice is use a diff carwash just in case you might havbe a billing issue. seperately i recently saw a post of a woman that got her antenna ripped out putting a hile in her car. they did not respond to hetr either. so....you may be better off using a car wash that actually responds to customers. response to caitlin business mgr response you neglected to mention the root problem. the $10 overcharge that it was impossible to get taken care of including via the email address you not respond gave that nobody responds to or the bbb and credit card company which you failed to respond to either. i closed my credit card to be rid of your company. read more

Where do I start? I've been a member since 2015, and had several cars on my account. They erroneously deactivated one of my vehicles tags at a location I've never been to before, and won't reinstate it, despite multiple visits to talk to someone about it. No manager is ever on site in the Glendale location and the website is not helpful. You've lost a loyal customer and I will tell anyone who will listen how awful of an experience it's been. read more

I purchased a one time 30 day car wash and used it a few times. I did not use it enough to try it again. Suddenly, a $24.00 monthly charge appeared on my billing. I did not sign up for a monthly charge. I have used the wash service since then, paying $14.00. I was not told of my subscription at any time. I did not receive any card notating my joining Clean Freak. Now I want to cancel and your system does not recognize my email. I can't get into 'your system to start the cancellation. Went today with my dad to wash his truck and as we were going through we noticed the right side brushes were not working only the left, so we went back to the front and spoke to a girl who said they knew the right side was not engaging and that there was an electric issue with that side, we then questioned why would they let customers buy a car wash if it's not working properly we were told they weren't allowed to shut it down. We asked for a refund and was told she wasn't able to do that and we had to contact a manager by email. They fully know the equipment is not properly washing vehicles and are still selling car washes as they normally would. They should at least notify customers about it and let a customer decide whether or not they want to continue with the wash. It's a total rip off and terrible customer service. read more

Rudest , most insulting employee I've seen at this brand . Take your business elsewhere . They need to get employees that actually want to work and not be thugs at a car wash. First of all the machines were down for a bit no problem. I proceeded to clean my interior, then I look up and see cars running through so I ask and sure enough it was working again. I went through the wash half of the equipment wasn't working they should have just left it off . I get to drying soap is all over my car , so I did the humanly thing I ask the attendant if they had a water hose I can use , he's mad at the world for some reason. He starts barking at me , this all we have. Vacuum, air hose and rags . I said ok . He turn are and I quote "is this your first fucking time at a car wash " all bucked up looking like he's ready to fight me. I mean I just went to wash my car not get in a wrestling match. I really wanted to like this place since it's in a great location for me, but I had to stop and find another car wash. It was always a very convenient pull in and fast payment system. Also loved the free vacuums and work area once you come out. What drove me away is the dryers. They have to have the worst, weakest dryers I've ever seen. They don't actually dry the car. It would be soaking wet & even pulling over to hand dry it was excessive. Bring a few large bath towels! It was crazy how wet the car was when it came out. After several visits we noticed the water started getting dirtier as well, left water mark stains all over the car, even the wash was no longer cleaning the car. My last visit I went in after a light rain to rinse it off and the car came out far more dirtier after going through the wash. read more

I have been a fast pass customer for about a year now, and this place (59th ave and Bell rd) is the worst car wash ever. I have 2 vehicles and it does a crappy job of washing both of them - and if you try to add wax or wheel shine, it does niether most of the time. I have Never been through this car wash when all of the brushes were working. On my F150, it never washes the tailgate On my Jeep wrangler it leaves the following un touched - lower half of doors, top of fenders, windshield and back window and tailgate The convienience of this place is great if you have very low standards for the wash. For a year I have been touching it up myself, but I think it is time to give up on these guys! Went through the car was today, vacuumed out the front seats, got in and drove home - attached pictures show the job the car wash did. this is not a one off, I think this location needs some help in the maintenance department, as when all of this stuff is working, the car wash does a pretty good job. read more

I took my car in for a wash - the most expensive one on the menu - and expected it to be reasonably cleaned. However, that was not the case. The windshield and front-facing parts of the car were still covered in bugs and mud and dirt. So I went back and asked for a re-wash. There was no line, I was the only person there. The attendant walked around the car and said, "We're not allowed to re-wash. You car looks mostly clean, anyway." What an ignorant thing to say! Like I said, there was no line, nobody else there but me, in my car that needed cleaning. But, no. "We're not allowed". So disappointing!!! When this carwash first opened it was great. Now not so much. Went through the carwash and it did not clean as well as it has in the passed. I only had dust on my car and still not as clean as in the past when it was much dirtier. Its dirty and less then half of the vacuums and air are working. Made me mad when I came out of the wash I went to vacuum and I pulled into a slot that looked like it was working, but it wasn't. This place washes my car very well for a cheap price. It does not leave any visible scratches on my car. The basic $3 wash does a pretty decent job. I like getting the $8 wash since it also cleans my wheels. The dryer does an adequate job, but does not completely dry my car. If you're afraid of water marks, I would suggest hand drying it right after you go through the wash. The workers are pretty friendly, and are efficient in getting you in fast. There's a frequent buyers card that will get you a free wash if you meet a certain number of washes. Free vacuums and air hoses are located on the back. I usually park my car in the designated spots to vacuum and dump trash from my car. There is usually enough parking, but it can get crowded on the weekends. They also conveniently have a vending machine with micro fiber, window/wheel cleaner, bug remover, and air fresheners that you can purchase on site. read more

When we first heard of Clean Freak, we thought oh really! But we chose to try it out and Clean Freak had us convinced it was what we were looking for. It is a hoot just going through it. I tell my dog what is happening (getting a bath, getting our picture taken, going through rain, wind, and wow!! we are nice & clean!) Then the free vacuuming is the perfect ending. The vacuums are very low suction, the compressed air hardly works, and the Carwash pushes you out too fast leaving the car insanely wet. I just cancelled my subscription as I have a little car and this place all I think it does it spray soap on your car. I had to pull into a spot and dry my car with the air hose that surprisingly worked and a rag I had in my car. Got home tires and wheels weren't touched by their equipment. Absolute worst car wash I've ever been to. I have lived in four states in the last 2 1/2 years and been too many car washes like this one and this is the worst! I would like a refund actually. The soap did not get washed off my car. The dryers did not dry my car. My car was soaking wet and I mean everywhere windows the whole entire car. They don't put towels at every station along with garbage cans at every station. I had no idea they gave you towels until I was driving away through the mess of water underneath the carport that they have there. It was messy and it did not clean my car. I ended up having to scrub several places with my own towel. I would never ever go back to thiscar wash. There are much better ones and that's where I tend to go. I came to Clean Freak after a DISASTROUS experience at Cobblestone Auto Spa on 51st Ave and Bell. I was looking for a good, unlimited wash plan and they are a dollar more than Cobblestone. The young men who signed me up were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I got all signed up in a matter of minutes and was on my way through the wash, a happy customer. I was also pleased to find that they offer a multi-car discount, so now my partner can take advantage of the benefits of Clean Freak, and we save some money, too. He's with Cobblestone currently and will be leaving them to join me at Clean Freak. Total transparency, at first I wasn't happy with this place and decided to write a bad review. I was also in a bad mood that my wife later pointed out. A very nice young lady (Jennifer I believe)reached out to see what exactly happened and to rectify the situation. To me that says a lot about a company You make a mistake and you apologize. Simple as that. They didn't pass the buck and ignore it. I was satisfied at this point when another manager (Jay Gomez) reached out to me again just to make sure. We have used clean freaks for the last 5years and haven't had a great experience, but haven't had a crappy one either. Sometimes cleans our cars great and other time not so much. The other day, unfortunately, I had a bad experience with my new truck. I asked the assistant manager to help make sure I would fit through the machine and for 90% of it did. No need to go through the whole thing but needless to say the side mirrors got ripped off. Held on by the wires. My main concern isn't the mirror anymore it's the lack of customer service the manager and corporate has towards such things. I miss the days when the customer was respected and they would do the right thing for the customer. We were monthly members until this incident and it won't make a difference for them to lose one customer but it means a lot to us. Sad day for us. read more

Despite flirting with the cashier, the Asian one.... I thought that the environment was pretty clean. Outside the could use a little bit of work over in the vacuuming area. The vacuum Area tends to flood up with dirty water pretty quickly. The faucets should have luke warm water, and a working soap deapenser. Car efficiency was above standard .. Dear reviewers, I'm not sure how to feel about this place everyone left amazing reviews and say how awesome this place is. However I didn't experience that, I went first time and the guy at the check in start was super nice and helpful which I give 3 stars for, but the car wash itself wasn't so impressive. I normally go to the car wash on olive called fast friendly. Normally I get a cheap wash and it removes everything and dries everything clear and no residue is left over, here I got a basic wash which was 6$ and it left residue over and even some soapy particles left on my car. I'm not sure how to feel but when I get a wash I expect it to wash all the stuff off and dry clearly. Maybe I'll give them another try later but for now I'm not satisfied although I really wish I was since everyone loves this place. read more

I wanted to clean my car today for a special occasion. As I drive in I was welcomed by very helpful service. I wanted a really good wash, so I went ALL out, I bought the 15 dollars car wash. The lowest amount was $7 and up to $15. So supposedly I was to get a waxing, tire cleaning, hot soapy water, and etc., but I got none of those things. I just got scammed $15, when I could've paid $7 for what everyone else got! But honestly, this was my first car wash and watching machines do all the work was kinda fun. This car wash does a pretty good job on cars, but never quite gets my Jeep clean. The Jeep is usually dirtier than the car for obvious reasons, and the tires are larger so their cleaning and protectant brushes never cover them completely. Overall it's an OK value but not great. The $10 wash is similar to what you get for $15-18 at most of the full-service places, but here you are left to dry, vacuum, and clean dashes yourself. I can't say I'd recommend it really, unless it's for a quick exterior wash. read more

This place is great! I think I'm addicted...to a car wash...really?! This is coming from someone who (until going to Clean Freak) had my car washed 2x in the past 7 months because it is always too much of a hassle. I stopped by a few weeks ago not realizing they only clean the exterior and not the interior of the car. The customer service was amazing, though. I told them I wanted the interior done and they suggested a nearby full-service car wash. I drove off, looked on Yelp and the reviews for Clean Freak were great so I turned around and went back. I decided I'd try it and just clean the inside myself. I'm SO happy I did. Pros: 1. Amazing customer service. It's the car wash version of Dutch Brothers coffee (hey, not a bad business idea...if they were to combine the two places). They're all really cheerful, friendly, and helpful. Mary and Keegan (sorry, can't remember if it's Keenan or Keegan) are both amazing and super helpful. You leave there in a good, positivel mood. 2. Excellent quality and price of the car wash...and if there are any issues, they will make it right. For example, I went to their 15th Ave and Cameback location and realized later on that there were little spots all over my windshield. I saw Mary today and she said it may have been hard water, etc. and sent me through the was for free to fix the issue. 3. Very convenient and quick. If you signup for the monthly (starting at $16/month) you can go through up to 2x/day. I laughed when Mary first told me this and she said a lot of people do it. I can now see why. It's addicting and it's so quick and convenient. Cons: 1. The tire spray...works great on some cars/trucks I was told. It didn't work well on my car and I ended up with black residue on the wheels and the side of my white car. Now I know, though, and they said to just ask them to turn it off the next time I go there. Their customer service is awesome and Keegan actually cleaned it off for me and I left with my car looking perfect. read more
