The closest place for me to get tobacco, so I'm here quite often. But the staff are sometimes a bit strange, kind of cold and distant. But they aren't rude. The people that come in here sometimes though, especially after 8PM, are a whole story in itself. They are always buying beer, but "forget" to have their ID​ and hold up the line to argue about it. Or don't have enough money for a four dollar purchase, and hold up the line to argue about that too. I do not want to knock down a place because of its​ clientele, but after awhile it's gotten irritating. Otherwise it's a solid get your stuff and be on your way type of place. I hadn't been in the gas station in probably 15 years. It's all automated now. I didn't know what I was doing and the very large woman made a smart remark that I didn't appreciate .The other gal was super nice. That's not a way to entice people to come there. The only time I will go there again as if I absolutely need to.. Need to train your employees to be respectful to us older people that aren't as tech savvy. Shame on you ! read more

Needs better customer service. I was initially in the correct spot for the line, they helped someone from the aisle over first at the register instead of me (which was fine with, I'm in no rush), so I moved behind that guy cause I figured I was in the wrong spot for the line before. Then the white lady stocking behind the counter makes a comment that there is one line only (it was only me waiting to be helped) so I didn't move. Okay. So I've been a customer of the I street location. Almost a year . Last night I went to purchase. Um doughnuts for my family and milk. And soda, you know, at 12:30 AM. And I had put 6 donuts in 2 bags 3 in each bag. Okay, so as I'm walking down the aisle. I heard a customer ask the cashier. How much the donuts were. The cashier not only told her the prize. She went on to say that it looked like. I took all of the available donuts. Number one that wasn't a question. Asked 2 it completely humiliated me and took me to a dark place as I was a fat child and got made fun of all the time. I don't think that this is a training issue. I think that this is a human issue. This is a bully that intentionally did and said what she did and said for the shock in all value. And when I asked her, you know why she did that or said that she lied to my face and told me. That it was the customers that said that not her I. Saw and her heard her say that. So I don't know who she's lying to. Because it's not me. Listen I'm only writing this because I have a feeling that. It's probably gonna get like swept under the rug. Because I know graveyard shifts, not an easy one to fill. And um, you don't have to be that educated to to do it so II get it. You know, but she had an opportunity. You know, to really? Look at what I'm saying. Cause I wasn't cussing at her or nothing at the time. And she could have used that as an opportunity to apologize. You know, and I would have been cool about it. So she still would've got off on, you know, embarrassing me and clowning me and and and and laughing at me. She still would have got all of that and also been able to apologize getting off on doing that to me and I would have accepted that, but the fact that she lied to my face and kept lying to my face about it, not validating anything. I wish I could say something good about this store iv come in at all hours of the day and it's just horrible. There food is not fresh nor is it ever really stocked in the store. If it's ever stocked its of one or two of the items. Your lucky to see the fountain machine working or have any syrup for the sodas. But really the worst part is the lazy and down right disrespectful employees and management. They will judge you for what you buy won't put the amount of money on a pump that you ask for. Staff is friendly enough, especially if you're a regular. Prices are pretty good for gas. But frankly I don't think this place is managed at all beyond the bare minimum. I no longer buy string cheese here because it's never cold enough (gross). They've been out of medium coffee cups for a week, so you have to get either small or large. The donuts are good, when they're not painfully stale. Details like this add up. While individually they're nbd, after a while it just leaves a bad taste in your mouth. 2017 Place is still filthy. Now the inside is cluttered up. Coffee is hit and miss, sometimes they have it sometiimes they dont. We stopped by today, 6am, and theyre out of reg coffee. Picked another flavor got to the car and it's not even hot. Hubby says it's the same story at 3am. Unfortunate, because it's conveniently close, but I guess I'll continue to drive out of my way to Pilot. 2014 This place is filthy outside. Trash everywhere and the sidewalk and asphalt need to be cleaned once in a while. I pass by this place every day but have only stopped in twice in the last year due to the filth! This the only place to get gas in this small area. It is set I'm the middle of the community. If you notice I only gave it three stars; that is high only because of how many people they serve. With that being said, the line is quite often long and slow. If and when I stop in here, it is only to get gas and or a drink for my son after school for the long drive home. The gas is usually cheaper I think then many of the other local stops which makes a good reason to stop (about 8-15 cents). Many years ago before my son was born i would agree with Shelly R. that this place was well kept but today has fallen to less than desirable standards. When i go in here there is always some local loco/loca that adds to the low standards and what makes it worst is the the cashiers often seem to look like they just came off a bender themselves. Like any convenience store they have a large variety of goods from drinks to stationary chachki and automotive needs. They also have warm foods which many times has been helpful during a long night of drinking and a large selection of microwavable food. I cautiously recommend the BOMB burrito or El Grandito. Both good just make sure you have good plumbing at home. LOL. They have two pumps which can cause quite the backup at times and at one time was 76 gas. Now I do not know what they use but it helps in a pinch. They also have propane at a reasonable price and so if you take all the things into consideration you will agree that three Stars is fitting. Suggestions, have a better quality of personnel, they are the face of your company, better employees provides better service. Your services are good If you had people that can process the clients better to provide a quicker more efficient process then I truely think the place would be cleaner and wait times would be faster thus getting you more stars. read more

Been going to this place for years, I don't think they ever spray down the ground at the gas pumps, it is filthy. They allow a certain Black male in a van that's been converted into an ice cream truck to hang out there and contact gas customers so he can use their squeegees to clean windshields for money or to pump gas for money. Avoid this gas station at all costs. Their pumps are faulty and they'll overcharge you if you're not paying attention. And then, if you do catch it, they give you a giant run around and still rip you off by saying it was your fault. Their pumps keep running after the gas has stopped coming from the nozzle.
