I have tried a Mild & Medium. I think I could tolerate the Hot but that would still be a reach. Their mild is what many others would consider medium. I noticed the last visit that Lite Mild was an option in addition to the No Spice. Because of the wait, I ended up taking mine to go on the most recent visit even though I originally intended to dine in. Even to go the food was excellent! Despite how busy they were the staff remained pleasant and provided a great experience. I love the decor both inside and out. The music is a little on the loud side and could make conversation difficult if you have a larger group dining in. Maybe try the patio seating area instead. I wish it was closer to home, I would probably visit more often.

It seems Cookout is the place for high schoolers to hang out on summer nights. Upon exiting the building there were several large groups of kids standing about & sitting at the outdoor tables. And the drive thru lines were both packed out by the time I got back to my car. Overall, I wished I had stopped somewhere else.
