When I pull up to the window, I am typically greeted by an unenthusiastic request for my payment, which is then followed by no further words until I leave. The food is usually wrong, if I request plain it is rarely plain. If I ask for a certain thing taken off, or size of something, it is almost always wrong. The atmosphere is extremely sad, unmotivated, and slow. The previous bad experience I had was when I did a mobile order and received somebody else's food and had to wait 45 minutes to receive my actual order when going inside. There were a multitude of other unhappy customers awaiting their meals, so it's not just a single experience.
