The closest thing there was to a boss appeared to be someone named Alex, who kept disappearing like the Cheshire cat. Two in company uniforms were sleeping in the dining area, and those who were awake appeared to be either learning disabled or on drugs. The men's room was a matter for U. N. inspectors. Full marks for thoroughness in checking ID, but they should also breathalyze their workers. There were never more than two other customers in there during my one and only visit, which makes perfect sense. It looks like a stress-free place to work, and if my dealer ever gets busted, there's my plan B. Otherwise, keep your distance. There are a few other Irving locations nearby that are run closer to the standards of an industrialized country, and several fine competing brands to choose from. If all else fails, next time I'll find a junkyard and a hose. read more
