Hello I come to 711 alot but the guy hired people and they change fast but thing is that there are some workers are good but some are plan rude saying people stink and need to take showers but I am there to buy stuff not hear that from people I give money to and worst part is if your selling hot food they tell u u can't use the restroom s and people need better help and bs sooni send this out u know who u are I give you guys one star bs how are people handle that rude ness if your a boss but get better help and hrs they have on there website is not right Soo get it right you guys rude to alot of people 711,,GET BETTER HELP read more

This is a typical 7-Eleven location which offers the standard convenience store items such as cold drinks, coffee, slurpees, snacks, frozen foods, cigarettes, lottery tickets, newspapers, magazines, and ready to eat foods (salads, sandwiches, pizza, tornados, hot dogs). There are also gas pumps out in front (12 fueling positions) and a Blue Rhino tank exchange area. I stop in at this 7-Eleven quite often for quick cheap eats on the go including those tornados (hot rollers) and hot dogs, which are 3 for $3 plus tax and $5 pizzas. The staff will serve you those hot foods (not self serve like at Irving and Speedway) and cash you out. The gas prices here are comparable to the other gas stations along Loudon Road, usually not the cheapest in town nor the most expensive either. read more

I've been going here for awhile, and while some may say the manager is rude... Ive seen that if you have common sense and are respectful, he will act the same. He's very serious about wearing facemasks, it's always clean and orderly, and they have a good selection of product. I've been stranded before and was allowed to stay and wait for a ride to come instead of having to wait out in the cold.they haven't updated the store hours and since Covid 19 hit, they haven't been open 24/7 but they stay open later like 1 or 2 am.. read more

Iam not big on leaving comments or recommendations s and such. I have been coming to this store for quite sometime maybe 20+ years. Anyway as far as the gentleman behind the counter, as some in previous review pointed out, that he is in fact a good guy. Does he have a dry sense of humor at times sure. I don't think he's intentional trying to be adversarial. I think it's just because we are who we are type thing . I think sometimes he may just come off that way because most of the time I would assume that none of us know the people that we're standing across from at a convenience store and so it can be hard to differentiate between someone being a jerk and not because we've only known them for 20 seconds. Not to mention we're all guilty of passing judgment Soley based off a single interaction in a matter of seconds myself included and make no mistake I'm not minimizing anything to anyone has said where they had a bad interaction I'm just sharing my experience. I gave this 5 stars so you will see this, this 7-11 on Loudon Rd in Concord NH is not the place to go..the morning clerk is rude to the men and hits on all the women, the night clerk is just a plain jerk and ripped of a 15 yr old by telling him the price was raised by $2.00 total when to this day the correct price is still posted, the price before he manipulated him into paying the extra...so in my opinion manipulating children and being rude and stealing from customers(I cant tell you how many times I have had to ask for my change change from them, they like to keep the small coins) is NOT a way to run a business...I would strongly suggest that you avoid the hassle altogether and go a few blocks down to the Irving or the Shell...they will treat you so much better.. read more

This store should be shut down by the government. They always keep your change and you have to ask for it. They ripped of my 15 year old son by lying about the prices to collect more money. They women that go in the store are harassed sexually. They ask and say inappropriate comments and look the women up and down like they are undressing the women with their eyes. They harass and steal from the public. They need to fire the perverted men that work in that store because they are all the same and will lie for each other. The only reason people do go in there is because it is the only store in the area that is open 24/7...Please put a stop to these business owners that have no business being in the public eye. These are on going problems for years now and I am finally at my wits ends with this store and I do know many many others who feel the same way.
