I…read moreusually stop here to and from work, mainly to go inside the store to pick up cold drinks from the self serve soda fountain (89 cents any size soda up to 44 oz including refill cups) or bottled cooler drinks, and sometimes I may get a $3 "roller meal" - (two rollers, bag of chips, and drink) during a time crunch, quick and easy! As for the place to gas up in town, this one of two gas station/convenience stores on the short US 3/NH 28 strip in Allenstown. The gas prices at this location seem competitive for the area, but usually one penny per gallon higher than the smaller Mega X several yards away. However, there are more pumps and more room to maneuver & park here and the layout of the store inside doesn't feel crammed, though it's not as updated as the other newer Irving Circle K (formerly Blue Canoe) stores in the area. The staff at this location are friendly and figured out I come in here for the same big cold fountain drink most of the time. ACCESS: Convenient right-in/right-out access going southbound (left-in only going northbound). There's also a traffic signal on US 3/NH 28 (to/from north & south) via the full access driveway on Granite Street.

Yes you have to pay for parking, you're telling me you guys waited nine hours to knock on my door to pay for parking. Yes you have to go inside. Give me a second, mind you I'm almost naked because I've been sleeping the whole night and it's hot outside inside the semi truck. Literally less than two minutes later knock knock, knock, knock, knock I'm getting dressed. I looked past the current he's hovering now I'm upset.. when I say I'm gonna do something I do it. This location had nine hours to knock on my door because they have a lousy very small printed sign upfront and everyone knows as a trucker, flying J pilot you had to pay for parking with only a few free spots so easily misunderstood and I couldn't even see the stupid sign. It was that small. No signs by any spots and I dont get gas at mobile just flying j/pilot so having thos signs with "Very small print", is pointless. Last time I was here it was pilot so honest mistake on my end. Then I had a black small old Mercedes-Benz hovering over my truck with a girl and sunglasses and a guy in a ball cap stocking out of my truck. getting my truck stocked out by an undefined car And harassment with a very shitty signs while waiting till the last minute to collect something I could've paid nine hours ago. Be aware of this location as a truck driver.

But when we asked to plug in for 30 or 40 minutes to charge our solar up a little they refused us. It's been raining and overcast and solar isn't charging. Every place we have stopped from Arizona to Maine has been more than willing welt us plug in, including other stations of the same name. Don't know the managers name, wouldn't even come out to talk with us, had another worker do it. Very bad public relations!

There are six vehicle fueling positions (three 2-sided gas pumps lined up in a single row, spread out good), enter & exit only in the northerly direction, pay at the pump (credit/debit) for convenience. This Mega-X location is not as fancy as the Hooksett Mega-X, which has "gas station TV" at each pump there and a Dunkin Donuts there too. The gas prices here are competitive and usually a penny per gallon lower than the nearby Allenstown Irving Circle K. I stop at this Mega-X from time to time whenever I need to gas up my ride. Sometimes I like to pay cash (pay first then pump), but sometimes in the early morning hours the clerk is not present at the counter and I may have to wait a minute for someone to take my money. The access to this Mega-X is very convenient for northbound drivers (right in-right out), but the southbound direction (left in-left out can be tricky) since US 3/NH 28 can get busy and it's a two lane road. Fortunately, there is a big shoulder in the southbound direction to bypass around the left turning entering vehicles.

I stop here on my commute for the very reasonably priced Mobil gas, which is usually slightly cheaper than the Allenstown Nouria up the road and much cheaper than other gas stations in the area. Nouria Rewards members save 5 cents per gallon, or more when you spend money inside Nouria. They also offer promotions on the Nouria Rewards app such as free bottled water and promotional items at this location. At other Nouria locations without Dunkin', they also offer free coffee to Nouria Rewards members. This location would've gotten 5 stars, only if the site and building were larger and easier to maneuver. The Nouria near my home is much larger and has a kitchen and an Amato's too, but much higher gas prices there.
