They do have a FedEx pick-up and shipping counter if you need to send something out and don't have time to go to an actual location. It works in a bind, but I try to use this only as a last resort. Staff-wise, if you're looking for someone at the photo/FedEx counter, it can be hit-or-miss. It depends on the number of staff available on shift. You may be waiting a few minutes, especially if there are only one or two people at the front registers. Pharmacy-wise, it's not welcoming so I have always avoided it.

I understand it's a staffing issues overall but the attitudes are awful. You are waiting in line for minimum 20-30 min each time. If you have a choice to go to any pharmacy, don't go to Walgreens. In fact, she walked past me to assist the person behind me but when she saw I was holding a box she turned around. She then took the box, tossed it on the counter and stated I needed to tape it so FedEx could pick it up, flipping the top of the box open to show me why it needed to be taped which I'm fine with. However, it's not about what you say, it's how you say it. I retrieved tape from my car, taped the box up and shipped it off no problem. I find this location easy to navigate, with parking that's easily accessible and not too far from the entrance. The traffic is manageable coming in and out of the plaza where this entrance is located.
