Every once in a while, I stop at this Publix to usually pick up one or two random items and some popcorn chicken. I like the clean and spacious layout of this location, as well as the easy self-checkout queues. I find this location easy to navigate, with parking that's easily accessible and not too far from the entrance. The traffic is manageable coming in and out of the plaza where this entrance is located. While Publix's prices tend to be higher overall than at other locations, it's convenient, depending on where you're coming from. read more

I didn't even know why this Publix was closed for an entire year. No Salad Bar, No Olive Bar, Lame Soup Bar.... The extent of the rudeness of the Deli Staff is unfathomable. I get subs made a few times a week and a few things are a complete deal breaker for me. The Deli Staff doesnt understand English. Then, when they dont understand you, they get mad. If you try to deviate from a standard order, they catch an attitude. You can order the same exact thing every single time, and they give you an attitude because it isn't an easy order. The lack of communication, even a simple acknowledgment that they HEARD what you just said, teeth sucking, rolling of the eyes, throwing the bags up on the top unsealed and walking away before asking if you need anything else is UNACCEPTABLE. The dismissiveness of the Deli Manager girl is also unacceptable. Stands to reason that when the Deli Manager is dismissive and gives the customer an attitude, the employees under her would do the same. If Customer Service isn't their strong point, they should go work in an office or warehouse where they don't have to deal with customers. If they can't understand/speak English PROPERLY, go find a job where you dont need to know and speak the NATIVE LANGUAGE. read more

Everything else is self checkout and nobody to assist you in any issues that you have. I highly recommend avoiding this place. They're unprofessional and there's nobody here to help you. Publix is a difficult place to shop. Some products are good but the pricing is always a guessing game until you check out. I shop Trader Joe's because the pricing at Trader Joe's is transparent, the product is similar or higher quality because it's organic, and the experience is better. Publix Pharmacy at IBIS in Palm Beach Gardens is the worst Pharmacy! They carry very few medications in stock including commonly prescribed medications. When they receive an RX from the doctor, they have to order the medication which can take at least a day and some drugs take longer. I have been using this pharmacy only because it is a convenient location. Rarely, will they have the medication in stock to fill the same day the doctor ordered it. This even applies to drugs such as antibiotics which should be started quickly to resolve the infection before it gets worse. Most pharmacies fill the prescription the day it is ordered by the doctor unless it is an uncommon drug. This is the only Pharmacy I have encountered where you need to wait until the next day or more to get your prescribed medication. Also, do not subscribe to their automatic refill program. It is inconsistent and you often receive your medication more frequently than as ordered and you need to review your medications when you pick them up to make sure you do not receive a medication that was discontinued. read more

8/26/2023 Hi everyone, I just thought I would come here to share the experience I had with the manager Sylvia. I have a disability and am training my potty trained puppy to be a Service Animal for my specific disability. My boyfriend and I were going to pick up groceries at the Publix we're regulars at and we were stopped while getting a cart. Was told she couldn't be in a cart and I said absolutely understood! The lady then specifically asked if it was a Service Animal. I replied "I am training her to be my service animal and I have a doctors note to have her with me." She said "that's not allowed, you can not bring her in." I got really frustrated because I've had this issue before in grocery stores with my service animal that just passed of old age hence why I have a new one. So I proceeded to call the store and asked to speak with the manager because I felt that she was incorrect. After waiting on hold for the manager for 5 minutes, could you guess who it was? Lo and behold the same lady. I tried restating that I have a doctors note and explaining, and she kept interrupting me saying "YES MA'AM...YES MA'AM...YES MA'AM" so I said "I'd appreciate it if you didn't get loud with me" and hung up because I can't deal with people who don't know how to have an adult conversation. So if someone who does know how to have a conversation would like to contact me I'd be happy to have a conversation. My time and money spent at that Publix is now over. I really hope for the future that you find new respectful management. I would not want Sylvia working for me, even as an employee. Sylvia, I would also like to bring Florida Statute 413.08(8) to your attention. If you don't take the time to look it up like you didn't take the time for my phone call. I posted it for you. We stopped at this location on our way to the races. My brother forgot we needed some items like damn charcoal for the grill he brought,lol. This location is right off the highway making it way easy to find and close to our destination. Being that Publix had everything we needed we made the stop. So bae and I pulled over here for some much needed items. I love how this location is basically a store that sits by itself. No extra stores surrounding it.The parking lot was huge and they had all these tall palm trees surrounding it. Once inside it's your typical Publix. It was clean, AC cooling, and everything sticked nice and neatly. With the aisles labeled above we were in and out with all of our items in no time. If you need to make a quick stop while in this area, Publix is a must! read more

I love Publix and it is my first go to store. The freshness of vegitables and fish are always very good.

This a wonderful grocery store which we have shopped at often. My favorite is the delicatessen where they are friendly and very accommodating. I never have found this grocery store very busy since the cashier lines tend to move fast. And usually can park easily nearby the entrance. I do not recommend this store for specialty grocery items. I went shopping here and no one offered any assistance when I was clearly searching for an item. I could walk right by an employee putting things on shelves, not even be greeted - completely ignored, and then if I ask for help, its as though I'm imposing on their time. I've had this experience at a few different Publix stores. I just moved to Jupiter from NJ. Publix hasn't made a great impression on me. I will stick with Trader Joe's..... much more pleasant shopping experience. read more

The pharmacy in this super market is terrible! I went to drop a prescription, I asked them how long to get the meds, they said May be 20 mins or half of an hour. I provided my cellphone number and told them I will browse around the store and waiting for the prescription ready and ask them to text me or let me know when it is ready. I was walking around in the store , waited and waited, half hour passed, no notification, I didn't want to bother them by asking them if it is ready. I waited even longer , still no notifications from them, after more than an hour, I really lost my patience, so I went to ask them, the lady named Susan said : oh we do not have your meds in stock, we have to order for you. So they have my phone and they wouldn't even bother to make a call to let me know, so I was wasted my time for nothing, she didn't even apologize. What if I completely trust that they will notify me when my meds is ready and wait there for another couple of hours? They just totally ruined our trust!!! read more

2 stars for lack of common sense and customer service. Ordered a sub online for lunch. Showed up at pick up time and no sub. I joined the "sub" line to check on my order. The lady spent 10 minutes looking for the online order to conclude she said there was no online order. It turned into a big ordeal to find this "missing" online ticket, bypassing my mention of just ordering from scratch at the line. Anyway, after said 10 minutes of the scavenger hunt for the ticket, the 3 ladies concluded there was no order placed. They got more confused when I showed them the order confirmation on my phone. There seems to be a lack of concern in regards to online ordering. The lady was quick to denounce the order confirmation. read more

This store is close to home so we stop here for necessities but honesty it's best to go elsewhere and the customer service is hit or miss. I have been argued with a disrespected by two different cashiers for asking a question about pricing. Each time I go one item has rang up higher than the price which they will change after arguing if you can prove it but if you don't take a picture to show them than you are talked down to and the cashier Sean even belittled me... I now always make sure to always check the dates on food as well because I have purchased/f expired dairy, meat and brought home rotten fruit that looks okay until you opened the carton. The shelves are always stocked so that's nice but you have to plan to waste money or stay on your toes when shopping here... Update: the store in season is well stocked, kinder employees and the pharmacy is great. read more

Publix at Mirasol! My favorite Publix in Palm Beach County. It is so clean, the staff is so friendly, and who can turn down a Pub Sub?! Go to the deli, because once you have a Publix Sub, you will always go back each time you want a Sub. Their hot prepared food (Like the Fried Chicken and sides) are all amazingly delicious as well. The perfect thing if you are in a pinch for dinner. Publix prides themselves on their Customer Service as well, and this location lives up to its name. read more

Ordered two pub subs online, pickup says 7 pm, arrive few mins after 7 pm and of course they are not ready. This has to be the third time this has happened already. Lady starts to make and declares, "oh you are the 7 pm order?" And then proceeds to say she has no lettuce! What would it take to walk 10 ft and get a bag of lettuce from in the back or on the shelves. Lazy and no care for customer service. Really sad. Service is horrible, we learned our leason.
