When you call, you're always put on hold when they pick up without asking if it's ok, they just never actually pick the phone back up. Out of common meds often. Lines are always crazy long, and if you're short staffed, I get it. But at least acknowledge those just standing there that you'll be right with them. This was the last thing that have made my decision to take my medication prescriptions elsewhere. I was standing in the line 10-15mins prior to opening because again, the lines. After about 8mins after open times, gate still not opened, but helping drive-thru. I see a person see me through the glass window and zero acknowledgement. Then I hear an employee behind the gates say, it's going to be a day. A couple minutes go by and a lady comes out with a sign, again, zero acknowledgement. Sticks a sign on the gate, looks at me and goes back in the door!! No sorry, no words, nothing! Never again! And the store itself is always out of products and shelves always look empty and seems to always be in shambles as everyone is confused. Even in the photo department. Couldn't even find wife's prints for over 20mins. Save the time, go to CVS up the street.

My mom and my sister have been enjoying shopping during our vacation together. As we drove past various gasoline stations, I pointed out the prices at Rebel and Circle K. However, when I saw this Sinclair gasoline price, I asked them to remind me to fill up our tank after shopping. Note: we don't have any of these gasoline stations on the Island of O'ahu in Hawaii. This is a confusing place because the pumps are labeled with "Sinclair", but the convenience store attached to this property is 7-Eleven. I went inside 7-Eleven to pay cash for the $4.33 price. I told them my pump number, guessed the amount I would need, handed over some cash, and went out into the cold to fill up my gas tank. Thank goodness for this reasonable price! I went back into 7-Eleven and got my change! The service was very friendly and the interior was cheerful because of the peppy music! If you're in Northern Las Vegas, I highly recommend this gasoline station!

There was no indication before purchase that the item was anything other than authentic merchandise. It was only after opening the sealed box that it became apparent the interior packaging and the figure itself were not consistent with authentic products. Because the item was packaged as a blind box collectible, there was no reasonable way to inspect the contents before purchase. When I contacted the store to request a refund, the employee I spoke with stated that the item was fake but told me that management would not provide a refund. I was also not provided a receipt at the time of purchase. I am disappointed that a product presented as a genuine collectible could only be identified as counterfeit after opening the packaging, and even more disappointed that a refund was refused after I raised these concerns. Buyers should carefully inspect any collectible purchases and be sure to obtain a receipt.

I'll use that app as a grocery list and visit the store if I'm close by. Sometimes the product on the app isn't available at the store locations. In any case, there's usually another brand of the same product. This gives me the opp to price shop. Often their products are discounted with a Smith's rewards card. Please get one! The great thing too, is Smith's carries Kroger brand's label and I trust their brand name. The label has everything I've needed from taco and sandwich ingredients, ice cream, baking necessities, breakfast stuff, and even fish, chicken, or meat items. I discovered a small international section as well. Inside the store, they have a limited section of booze, but I was still able to find something for the parties I've attended. It looks like some of the more popular names can be found though. Some other pluses include a bakery, meat and deli service, and last minute flowers, balloons or gift ideas. Only once had I experienced snubby customer service at this location from a cashier. All other times were great anyway. It's a grocery store and convenience store all in one.
