1st off, we ship a lot of packages each day (at least 100 packages) so we decided that this gas station was our to go spot for dropping off packages and we gave them business (they makes money on each package from USPS), so for them to make money out of us is really cool deal. Oh well things aren't the same way we thought. Every time we dropped off with Jennifer (blonde lady who taking care of her smog business too), she rolled her eyes and didn't wanted to help us. I felt bad as we had a lot of packages to scan so we apologized to the manager but he confirmed that no need to apologize because they made money on having USPS station there. Jennifer and Hawaiian auntie are the rude people. If you hate your job, please do yourself a favor by looking for a job that you like. Life is short to punish yourself and your mentally in the place that you hate. However we did try to come up with nice conversation during we visited and I even supported Jennifer on her Smog business to make them feel better with us. Still didn't do anything better. Our last call was on Christmas week, we shipped A LOT of packages and to see Jennifer showed us her poor attitude right after we walked in. It was a huge TURN OFF. We NEVER gone back to this place. This is my new go to spot for Beer. They have soo many different types and not just your standard bid 3. They have a great choice of packaged beer craft selection is awesome! Many different IPA's and Lagers. Who ever does there purchasing gets and A++. The staff is always friendly. The store is clean and well organized and they have just added a Post Office that is able to accept packages 24 hours a day. Yeah that's right 24 hours. read more

I still love the treats and snacks and the convenience, but the congestion and inconsistencies lowers the quality of the business. Yes, it's just a gas station...but it's a business that's providing service and commodities to patrons. It should be a great place to stop here in Providence. I just went through the process of getting a smog check for my car registration renewal and I had such an awesome experience, I wanted to share it. Most places I've gone to get "smogged" the techs are just there. No enthusiasm. No sense that they care one way or another that you're there. I took my car this time to Desert Pit Stop on Hualapai and Elkhorn (7161 N. Hualapai Way). Cody Rogers was on site. I'm very glad that he was there and I was able to meet him. He was very knowledgeable of any questions I had and I could tell he was very genuine in his desire to help and how much he cares about his customers. She has no problem yelling at you in front of other customers and my grade school kids. All because I tried to sign while using my card instead of clicking ok. Today, I stopped for gas and a cold beverage Feeling spent from dialysis, I sat down as soon as I entered the store. The gal behind the counter, asked was I OK. Assured her I was . I got my goodie, & pre-paid for my gas. I asked could I leave my bag inside, as I didn't want my frozen item to begin thawing, as I pumped gas. The gal said sure. Then she surprised me. She asked " would you like me to pump your gas. ?" I replied " are you serious?", " yes mam". I was caught so off guard. I have lived here in Vegas, since 2006. No attendant, or store worker, has ever offered assistance to me. This includes the times. I've pressed the button for assistance. When I told her this. I have used the Express Post Office at this location several times. I must the customer service on the manager was terrible. He has waited on me several time never does he have eye contact or speak. But I have seen him interact with other customers. I would not want some one like this manager to be in position in my business with his attitude. My visit on Sunday June 6,2021 left me so uncomfortable, I addressed the cashier to get the owner of the company name, phone, address, business card he said he didn't not know who the owner was and how to contact corporate. I find that very strange , for someone to work for a business and do not know anything about corporate or where his pay check is from. There are some older ladies that work a Desert Pit Stop that are nice but this guys need to go. It seems to me they are racist. read more

I had to mail something urgently.. Tried to call them over and over to ask a question about their post office, which is open for extended hours. They never answered their phone. I drove all the way out there to get the item and mail the package. There were 2 people working. Not busy at all. They did not have the item I needed, so I completely wasted my time and gas going all the way out there, because they were too lazy to answer their phones. I called for over 45 minutes before I drove out there. It is pretty crappy that they would not answer their phones. Very bad customer service. read more

Out in Providence, you sort of have to roll out a few miles to get the things you need. DPS is the middle man at the half way point. Sure the owners should have the architect who designed the layout's head examined. If your looking at getting some type of franchise to occupy the other half and use the DPS drive-thru, again..you should have you head examined. Because it is tight quarters all the way....the parking lot just plain sucks. If I lived in the complex which borders the property, I would move as soon as my lease was up....The traffic/parking. sucks. Some prices on certain prices are elevated, want cheaper...head down the road. All negatives aside...it is a quick one shop stop. Yes...on some items, slightly elevated prices. The beer selection is good in a pinch. They have a F'real ice cream machine! All things considered it's A-OK if your in the Providence area and don't want to east of Hualapai. read more

This is by far the WORST gas station in Providence! I have no clue why Providence hasn't looked into this location terrible customer service! Loud music playing, cashiers chatting with each other while customers are waiting to pay, phone calls being answered as customers are waiting in line! This gas station is so poorly put together.. The people are nice and the inside is fine enough. The pumps are the worst though! They pop out of your car and they're touchy and cheap. It's too bad that it's so convenient or I would try to go elsewhere all the time. It's always crowded and awkward to drive through as well. Workers are always friendly and the store is always well stocked and CLEAN! I'm here daily for a pop out of their fancy Coke machine. $0.89 refills if you bring your own cup-which they encourage! This is the best managed gas station/convince store I have visited. No matter how long the line appears to be somehow someone appears out of nowhere and the line dies down immediately. I have asked if they could get products in the past and they get them in. The only pain in the ass is that the gas nozzle has to be held the entire time. Came to buy ice at 10:45pm and the said that they just moped the Floors. They said it was chemically treated. I asked to speak to the manager and the guy turned around and mentioned that his name is jenner and he was the "manager". He mentioned there was no way of getting ice, even though they had a ice cooler outside. He had blonde hair medium height. Who doesn't sell ice? Seriously, I know they were just being lazy! DON'T GAMBLE HERE! It sucks!!! I stupidly have and keep gambling here every day since it opened and haven't won once! I have a lot of experience with gambling, as I have been gambling for over a decade, and I have never been to a place where I never win like this one. I gamble everywhere in town, and I am not a bitter looser but I have never seen a place suck like this to gamble, as no matter where I have played in Las Vegas and lost, I eventually win something, even if little, and as much as I have put in daily, I have not won once!!! The most I have seen someone else win there is $40.00. I think because it's a new business, the owner is trying to recover the costs of his new business, by keeping the money from the machines the first 6 months to recover some of the money he spent. By law I think they are allowed to keep 40% of what the machines take in, and pay out 60% or it could be the other way, either way I think he is holding out till he has to pay.
