Would be no stars if I could. I purchased a Labubu collectible from this business believing it was a genuine product. The exterior packaging appeared legitimate and included branding and a QR code directing customers to the official Pop Mart website. There was no indication before purchase that the item was anything other than authentic merchandise. It was only after opening the sealed box that it became apparent the interior packaging and the figure itself were not consistent with authentic products. Because the item was packaged as a blind box collectible, there was no reasonable way to inspect the contents before purchase. When I contacted the store to request a refund, the employee I spoke with stated that the item was fake but told me that management would not provide a refund. I was also not provided a receipt at the time of purchase. I am disappointed that a product presented as a genuine collectible could only be identified as counterfeit after opening the packaging, and even more disappointed that a refund was refused after I raised these concerns. Buyers should carefully inspect any collectible purchases and be sure to obtain a receipt. read more

Service was good the gas prices were fair and so was the propane. However we needed DEF fluid and I was shocked by the price. Almost $40 for a box of DEF they sure are prowd or their DEF but I call it price gouging. By the way it's $15 to $17 dollars anyplace else read more

So I arrived at around 940PM, there were about 5 customer in the store when I got there. 4 employees all doing something and all cash registered closed with all 4 employees at the time doing whatever with receipts. So I stood there for about 10 minutes with no customers being serviced. When I asked they said they were doing turnover with the next shift. So I mentioned why don't you just lock the doors and they said the manager says we can't lock the doors. So no registers open all for turnover. Store says OPEN 24 hours, so 4 employees and 5 customers and we have to wait for turnover to happen before being serviced. Whatever the management is directing is not right and should be addressed. Poor Service and Poor turnover procedures when open. read more

The attendant was rushing us to finish checkout because they were "closing" I have never heard of a store closing at 9:40 PM on a Thursday night. I've never heard of a gas station closing that early. Next you go here TAKE YOUR DAMN TIME. read more

I've lived near this gas station for two years. I've gotten gas here because they accept Smiths grocery rewards points for gas. The workers in here have always been nice to me. I've never bought anything except coffee. I've heard they have a good selection of beer. This is a good business and the only gas station around at all. read more

If I could say in so many words, poor customer service. I tried returning something that was clearly unused, they not only denied me my $20 they wouldn't even give a courtesy hotdog or drink to atleast make up for my money lost. Terrible place. It's cool for the most part they got what I need and it's super convenient and it's right down the street from my house and my school. I can go there if a want food or a drink for an affordable price problem is , is that tha old hoe with tha short hair brown is annoying af and mags at u for tha dumbest stuff like if ur making a call she makes u leave tha front of tha store cuz it's "soliciting" or if u are waiting for a ride it's "soliciting" and she is just rude and impatient like if she wasn't there the place would be five stars but whatever. Great neighborhood gas station. Staff is very friendly. The clerk was able to fill my propane tank after another place told me he couldn't fill it because something was wrong with the tank. They did run out of ice on the 4th of July, but that was more my fault for poor planning than theirs! Gas prices aren't bad, and while I go to costco for the price, Green Valley Grocer is a good second option! read more

Super nice people who work here. Really cool, nice folks...very personable. They don't act like unhappy retail robots. lol Usually super quick with the occasional long long line, but overall, great experience here. Also, their gas pumps are never busted, out of order, etc... Rare, in my experience, to find that. Parking lot is rather dangerous the way it's laid out, so just be super careful. read more

I like the location, there's no where else to grab a soda ou there. They just got one of those touch screen soda machines...but I miss my crushed ice!!! I hate cubed ice. I have to say, the service is inconsistent. I have litterally checked out while the cashier was talking on his cell phone. Just moved to this part of town. This happens to be the closest gas station to me that sells diesel. I typically spend 30 a day on diesel and grab whatever I need inside before heading to work. I pull up and all the pumps are off. I ask the cashier why the pumps are not working. They state that during shift change they shift them off.. hey no worries I now leave a bit earlier to drive out of my way to give Fabulous Freddie's my business. read more

Merchandise: 5 stars Large cooler sections, and coke-cola on fountain with the new flavor mixing machine. I've come in here many times to be rudely greeted by a cashier informing me that there in the middle of a "shift change" and can't help us. One time they closed and locked the doors, and the rest of the times they just left a dozen people standing there staring at them. I've never had a good experience here unfortunately. read more

If I could give no stars in regards to this locations regional manager I would. I was at this location on the 19th of April when the cashier Jan was approached by a African American lady who had asked him to put her gas on the wrong pump Jan acted quickly and went to the back door to ask the lady at the pump who was Caucasian to please stop pumping the gas and explained nicely what had happened. A few minutes later the lady who was pumping the gas literally stormed into the store and began screaming at Jan the cashier at the top of her lungs calling him a dumb Mexican and a spik, a mother)$&@";, an ahole! Etc.., I mean you name it she literally said it and we were shocked! Jan repeatedly asked the lady nicely to please leave the store and to not return and her response was you don't tell me what to do you mother)$&"":. My children were with me and my children are half Latin and I do not in any way take kindly to them being subjected to such verbally bashing behavior so I made it a point to come back to to the store to write a statement asking that the regional manager please contact me ASAP! Stephanie who has been manager at this location for years and is always on point with every customer concern called her right in front of me and asked her to call me, well time goes by and I get no call so I go back to check in with Stephanie and all of a sudden she's transferred????!!! My gut tells me that this is being handled incredibly poorly by this regional manager and at this point I'm going to be contacting the BBB am I right to assume that she is more concerned with the needs of a verbally violent customer as opposed to the ones who are not?! And I do hope that this company is not supporting their employees being allowed to be verbally abused and racially profiled by their customers simply because they want their business! Because it's looking that way!!! I called Corp and I would like to know actions will be taken with this regional as well as the ANSWERS that I've waited now almost a month for!!! Ok so being a customer for as long as this place has been open I am EXTREMELY UPSET!!! They removed the manager from the store that has helped protect our community and the local gvg from hoodlums. Her staff live her and the community loves her!! She always greeted me and was always very friendly. She ran that shop absolutely perfect!! How dare you guys remove her from the store. This GVG location is fantastic. It has all you could need from a small "7-11" style gas station / food mart location. The staff is very friendly and professional. They are always in-stock on all of the essential items that people normally run into a Green Valley Grocery to get. Gas is slightly higher priced than other gas stations in the area, but, it's convenience makes it fine in a pinch. It's a nice place and will continue to go there for the foreseeable future. read more

Damn, if I didn't find myself in the area of the 215 & Decatur, when my vehicle went "BINGO." I knew that I needed to find fuel within the next 35 miles........or else. I rolled off the freeway. I became distracted by the need to fuel myself with.........caffeine. I did. I saw an AM/PM in the distance. "F" those guys....Let me head north. I thought was a gunslinging, cowboy looking dude in the immediate area. I was wrong. I continued to roll north. I knew there was a gas station almost butted up against massive mountains. I could not remember for the life of me regarding who owned it. A few stop lights and couple stop signs, I found what I was looking for. FUEL! But what is this I see. You can get cheaper gas if you pay with cash?! I hate these places. But I had created a little bit of a rut for myself and needed to stop. I slipped in my AMX to pay for gas. I want my DAMN POINTS!! I went inside to partake in some sundries. Price is.....what price was. The customer service was A-OK. All things considered...unless you find me in a bit of a pinch, I will read the small print. Trust you..me, unless I can find a fair price regardless of what I pay for petro.........it won't be here unless I get my points at the price listed on the marquee.
