When the prices are low, and they are usually lower than surrounding gas stations, it can be busy! So bring your patience. Gas pumps are easy to operate and gas flows quickly once you get to a pump. No service is necessary unless you have a problem. Every time we have gassed up here, we have not needed service. So I can't speak about the people inside the small store adjoining the gas pumps.

Pre-soak didn't do much to soften up bugs even after about 5 minutes (yes I put it on first when car was dry). Soapy spray wasn't all that soapy. Rinse took quite a while to spray clear water. The spot-free rinse did work quite well though, and the blow dryer was a nice feature.
