We popped in today because we saw a billboard for Hoagiefest, where you can get a large sub, drink and Herr's potato chips for $8. Worth a try! Please note, you have to order the combo and actually get all three items to get the price break. Ordering via the web and in-store kiosk was easy peasy. The service was great. The sandwiches were done quickly. The Pennsylvania based chips are tasty. The drink is fountain only. The sandwich... I think we have to be real with that part of the special menu. The pulled pork has not been in a smoker. The bacon is not crunchy. The Italian sub has never been near Italy. The pickled onions are not very flavorful. The sweet peppers are bland. See a theme here? However, the Wawa sub is better than the Wawa pizza which we tried once years back when it came out. Sorry, we are still not fans of the food at Wawa. They have a self check, which I always avoid just because I can never seem to get it right even when the lines are long things move pretty quickly. I've tried the location on Gulf Bay, and far and above prefer this Linebaugh Costco.
