Because this is in the same parking lot as first watch, which is a breakfast/lunch restaurant the parking lot was pretty packed. We got there around 12 and luckily he was able to find a parking spot. As soon as we walked in, we could tell it was pretty busy in there. I saw a couple getting up from a table and immediately went over and sat at the table. It is table service, but you do have to order at the counter. They have a pretty good variety of burgers, chicken sandwiches, and salads. Unfortunately, due to an outbreak for lettuce that is getting people sick I decided against getting a salad. I just got a regular cheeseburger and it was delicious. My son also got a buffalo chicken sandwich which I must say was a very good size sandwich and a burger with tater tots. I got the french fries and they were very good. I will definitely be back here. When we entered the establishment, the server asked us if we were going to pay by cash or card. When we answered card, she directed us to place our order at a kiosk. Placing your order at the kiosk was slightly torturous. Plus there was a 3 to 5 second delay after every option was answered before the kiosk would ask you the next question. It's been a few months since I've eaten at this location, so I am not sure if this new option has been in existence for sometime now, and I just didn't know about it. Suffice it to say, I do not like this new option to be forced to place your order at a kiosk if you plan to pay with a credit card
