There are about eight unique sauces available at the self-service condiment station. While they would be amazing on the chicken tenders, they also work really well with the fries. For dessert, I ordered the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cold Fusion--yum! I've always experienced excellent service here. The staff is friendly and attentive, and orders are prepared in a timely manner. You feel the relaxation wash over you. I went to the cashier and she asked for my name. My food was ready right on time, and I grabbed my bottle of Sprite from the front cooler before I headed back to work. I got back to the office and dug into the bowl. The flavor was bright and fresh. The creaminess of the avocado and that extra "crunch" texture helped to tie the flavors tighter together. Everything tasted really good. The interior is very trendy and modern, selfie-friendly. They do have high chairs, and changing tables in both rest rooms. The service is friendly, but sometimes the servers don't always know the details about what they're serving. My go-to is the spicy tuna poke, and I load up my bowl with a ton of toppings and finish it with wasabi aioli. I don't usually add a side dish as the poke bowl is very filling on its own. But this time, I decided to try the gyoza and the fries, since I was with friends who could share with me. The gyoza was pretty good, perfectly fried to a light and crispy texture, with a tasty chicken filling. I don't think the spicy mayo that it is served with actually complements the gyoza well, so I ordered ponzu sauce instead, which went nicely. The fries were well-cooked as well, but the furikake seasoning is just sprinkled on top so doesn't really add too much to the flavor. Now here, the spicy mayo was a good complement, but needed a higher ratio of sriracha sauce to mayo. My friends had never been to Ono Poke before, and they very much enjoyed their bowls. She gave me some great suggestions and took the time to make sure my order was correct before asking me to pull forward. Her name was Kiersten, and she was friendly, polite, and greeted me with a wonderful smile at the window. Great customer service goes a long way, and she definitely made a positive impression.
