This place didn't have a very nice bathroom. Toilet paper wasn't to be found, the floors were sticky, and there was no soap to help clean my hands. How awful! Prices weren't to die for either. I guess it helps that one could use their Safeway points but it just lowers it down to say the prices at Safeway and Costco stations. So is it really a deal? Not cheap, and not really high. The restroom is outside the building. You get a key from the friendly clerk. The restroom is simple, but clean. The store is lightly stocked, but has all the essentials. I didn't see any beer in the coolers. The place was brightly lit, clean and organized. When passing thru Petaluma, this is where I stop for gas. Hwy 101 ramps are close by.

I finally got the gas to stop flowing and put it back in the dock. Went inside to let the assistant manager know the pump was broken. He literally just stared at me and didn't say anything. I said "so. Are you going to do something about the gas pump?" And he just kept staring at me and finally said "do you need a receipt?" (For the soda I bought inside). I said "so. It kept charging me money and covered my car in gas. Are you even going to attempt to resolve this?" And after more blank stares I said "well could I have a cup of water to rinse the gasoline off my paint?" And he nodded. Absolute least helpful person ever and he was the assistant manager. I've called back twice now to speak to the GM. Every time I call I'm told she's not there and will "be here tomorrow morning" but isn't there then either. I guess my next step is to contest the charge with my bank since the business seems to not care to resolve issues or fix their pumps.

In the video it appears the employee physically touched the customer after charging at him from behind the counter. This employee is a danger to the community.
