I have been coming to this location for years. Fidel, Rachel and Myron have been an exceptional…read moremanagement team since the beginning. Now that Fidel left, the new store manager, Santana is awful! She talks down to customers, treats them like they are stupid and have even seen her talk down to employees. A few days ago I was standing at self check out and she made a comment to another new employee that she was going to make the store be women led and push the men out. On another day I came in and she was yelling at the kitchen staff and I asked the new blonde girl at the registers and she said, oh she's just yelling at her husband!! I was shocked because that family tension should NOT be for customer eyes to see. This is not the experience that this location had before she came. It used to be friendly and a place where regulars were known by name. Now it feels unwelcoming because the new leader treats customers and employees like a dictator. Bring back the old staff because the new ones are going to bring the store down.

(We got there at 10:45) and it's only 11:12 am. He replied no you still have time then he proceeded to say that she put us down as a walk-in and it slow so we're fine. That's when I told him no I have a reservation for 11 AM. We only got here 15 minutes early. I proceeded to let him know that that's why you're rushing us then apologize and offered me a free mimosa which I declined at this point it's not needed. I feel unwanted, however the beignets with the lemon custard was good. My boyfriend got the chicken and waffles. The chicken was extremely good. The waffle on the other hand was hard. The pineapple I had was OK. I could've done better. Beignets 10/10 Chicken 10/10 waffle 0/10 Pineapple mimosa 5/10 Atmosphere and decor 10/10 Service 0 he was very attentive however he was rushing us. It was almost as if we came in 30 minutes before closing and he was ready to go lol.

I did the little classic "cough cough" to get his attention, he just said out the items down and continued to wait. In this time I noticed the prices were at least $1-$150 more than normal. So I just left, not that he cared. Next my 3 year old has to use the restroom a number 1, but he would not let him use the restroom even though it was not marked employees only. Horrible service

That recent visit was on Saturday April 19th 2014. Time was about 13:42hrs ish. Yes, its a standard gas station. Tiny, but reasonable/doable and is easily accessible since this gas station is located along the MAJOR intersection of E 84th Ave and NORTH Washington St. That afternoon, Hubs managed to purchase the Gas/Petrol and an Energy Drink ($3.00) for his personal consumption. All in all a Decent Gas Station with a Car Wash, ATM and certain Grocery amenities. This Gas Station also allow King Soopers Grocer Loyalty Card.
