The appetizer took about ten minutes, and when it arrived, the waitress apologized that the rest of our food wasn't ready yet. That comment didn't make much sense because appetizers aren't supposed to come out with the main course. It actually seemed like she had been holding the nachos until the entrées were almost ready because they weren't as hot as they should have been. Less than five minutes later, our burger and fries arrived. Nachos are a . Burger and fries cook that made my burger use the ends of an onion for my burger. That was not good. Must use the center of an onion and cut it to where they are nice big rings at least 2 or 3 rings of onion. Pickles the same. See the pictures. You'll see what I'm talking about. Wings and fries where awesomely crispy . The restaurant had three servers on the floor, but after our food was delivered, our waitress disappeared. It was close to 30 minutes before we saw her again. She apologized and said she had been busy with back-of-the-house duties. By then we were finished eating, so we asked for the check and a soda to go since I never received a refill. The food was the highlight. Except the nachos. Tasted like something I can do myself at home. The wings were excellent, and the burger and fries were very good. Unfortunately, the customer service and cleanliness took away from the experience. Our table felt sticky, the floor around us was dirty, and service was slow and inattentive throughout the meal. Food: 4/5 Customer Service: 1/5 Cleanliness: 1/5 Would I stop again? For the burger, fries, and wings, yes.
