The burgers are decent but the patties are small and they look huge in the picture. I would have gotten a double had I known how small they were. My kid got his plain and he thought it was just a bun until he opened it and saw the little patty. I got mine with lettuce and tomatoes so that kind of made up for it. A robot brings you your food and it drove off before we finished unloading it so I had to chase it. Not a fan of robots replacing humans in general. My only negative is I wish the burger patties were actually fresh and not a premade frozen product. I would love to pay more for a fresh patty option. But for a frozen product it was good. read more

Food is great, but it says on Apple Maps that they accept contactless payments. I drove 45 minutes round trip just to not be able to get my food cause I left my wallet and they apparently do not accept Apple Pay I would still recommend but make sure you have your wallet lol. read more

They are small cut thin fries like an upscale version of McDonalds or Wendy's fries but cooked waaaaay better. I tried the toasted marshmallow shake and my bf tried the Oreo shake. The Oreo shake was sooo good and well blended. In comparison it was better that chick-fil-a's oreo shake. The toasted marshmallow didn't really taste like marshmallows at all tbh. Their menu is small... BUT you need to know about the secret menu from their Facebook page. People say the burgers are small... but have you asked for a 4-shack stack (4 patties with 4 cheese)? Or a 5? I'm done at 3 to be honest. If you're keto or gluten avoidant you can get the burger as a lettuce wrap too. Also their fries are delicious BUT for $0.89 more you can ask for "Lava fries" and get them totally smothered under buttery grilled onions, special sauce and melted American Cheese. Not only was the customer service great, the fries are seasoned perfectly, it was nonstop my morning munching to the bottom of the bag. I had the western burger and fries with sauce and cheese and onion. Fries were awesome. The burger was a complete let down... hear me out. There was no picture of it, so I was going off the description of the sweet girl that was working. I heard there was spice and bacon and bacon mixed in with the burger patty. I assumed that lettuce and tomato came standard. It didn't. Also, it had some kind of barbecue sauce that was sweeter than a south eastern McDonald's sweet tea. So, the place was clean and quaint. Came here just before heading over to barksdale for the airshow--- Honestly, my expectations were low as this was a converted Carl's Jr. my son loves hot dogs and fries- So why not if it makes him happy. Honestly this was one of the better hot dogs and piling on of shoe strings fries I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. It was really good! Beef dog, cooked perfectly and it was very filling.
