This is a wonderful nursery that's sure to have just what you are looking for! I purchased a climber rose for my mom on Mother's Day. I didn't want just any plant for her, as she was a Master Gardener and President of the Washington State Garden Clubs (at one time), the Lilac Society, a Flower Show judge, and a teacher of flower show judges---(you get the idea), so I wanted to make sure that what I was getting for her was up to her standards. Since there are Master Gardeners working here at Northland Rosarium, I knew that I would be in the right place to purchase her Mother's Day rose. Of course, they had a lot to choose from, too, but the Master Gardener who assisted me explained what to look for in selecting the perfect rose. I also visited during their Memorial Day clematis sale. They had a lot of colors to choose from, but at the time, I didn't really have the perfect spot for a climbing clematis (even though I wanted one)! I'm still assessing my yard for a good spot because the blooms on a clematis are so beautiful. Northland also had an array of metal frames for purchase so the clematis has a spot to grow. Some were so cute with little metal birds! On that trip, I also noticed some really healthy peonies (my favorite flower). I'm not really a rose person, but these peonies were absolutely beautiful. They really have a lot of plants, shrubs, trees ... oh, they have even created a pathway from hazelnut shells (you can buy some to create your own). So, if you haven't been here yet, you need to pop in and check out everything they have to offer, and if you have gardening questions, I'm sure that their Master Gardeners will be able to help! read more

Was really excited to find this place! I live close enough to pick up, but they refused to match deal of buy 3 get 1 50% off (plus shipping) for curbside pickup, claiming the their shipping center was "a different company", even though both at the same page and obviously connected. Lost a customer!! And one who moved from her house in Seattle with over 100 rosebushes and was looking to replenish them all plus new ones. read more

I went to Rosarium Garden Center with my family to buy a rose. We loved it there so much! It was child friendly as my little ones were running and exploring the beautiful garden. It had a section for kids too! Kathy helped me and explained to me how to take care of my beautiful rose. She was very knowledgeable in helping me with the soil and pots and how to plant the rose. Northland Rosarium is so lovely & so worth the drive. I live in Colville WA but made the trip to get some of their wonderful rose fertilizer this past spring. My roses had gone crazy the fall before when they got some of this fertilizer. So many blooms! So many strong long branches. I especially love the roses on original root stalk. this year I purchased a few climatis vines to go with the roses. I am so inspired after visiting the rosarium and the ladies who work there are so friendly & helpful. A profound asset to our area. read more

Great selection! They sell smaller own root "band" pots, these are smaller than a big bush you can buy at Walmart, but these will grow fast and live through our harsh winters without reverting back to non blooming rootstock roses. Fun display gardens and great people that can't wait to help. Plants I bought are growing like crazy. Can't wait to visit again in the spring. read more
