I think I found my new favorite car wash called Tiny Auto Detailing at the corner of 7th and Junipero. They are usually super busy but I got there early and they took my car right in. It was fun to watch the entire process as they completely hand wash the car with an amazing amount of suds, then rinse and dry it before pulling it into the bay to thoroughly vacuum and clean the inside, and I mean they cleaned every nook and cranny! I couldn't find any dust or dirt in the cracks and crevasses and the windows sparkled inside and out with no streaks (all the things the other car washes usually miss). I have tried this place out 2 times and when I receive my car it looks like a rushed job. I still have to get home and finish drying the car. The workers are aggressive with the towels and leave swirl marks, so don't bring expensive cars. Unfortunately it is not much of a difference coming here and an automated car wash. read more

I used to come to this car wash years ago and always received exceptional service, which is why I returned after recently moving back. Unfortunately, this visit was a major disappointment. Yes, my car was dirty from a cross-country drive, but instead of approaching the job professionally, one of the employees made a comment about not wanting to "waste his time" using the high-pressure hose unless the car got clean immediately--otherwise it would cost extra. The issue wasn't the possibility of an added charge; I understand heavily soiled vehicles may require more work. What bothered me was the unprofessional, dismissive delivery and attitude toward a paying customer. Customer service matters just as much as the quality of the work. The employee's tone came across as lazy and disrespectful, and it completely soured the experience. Unfortunately, the woman present did not step in to de-escalate or address the situation. It's disappointing because most of the staff seem hardworking and capable, but one bad interaction is enough to lose a customer. I won't be returning, which is a shame given how good this place used to be. Proper customer service training would go a long way here. read more

I have been in this place more than 3 times, this 4 th time when I came I was sick and definitely did not want to wash my car. Customers service was terrible. 2 people who came before me were taken care and left me my car was still not done. The third person who came after me. They were now working on his car mine still waiting to be done. This time I got up went to their office speak to the lady who seems to understand Spanish mostly. She was kind she called the gay who was washing the cars. The guy told me my car will be next after he is done with guy's car who came much later hence his car was given much priority than mine. And Tiny Auto got it absolutely spotless!! They were super kind and efficient. When I arrived, I was told the price had increased to $25 AND their card machine was done (cash or Zelle only). As far as the actual service, the employees work had and did a thorough job in a reasonable amount of time. I had my car less than a month and took it to get its first car wash here. I found a few light and deep scratches on my brand new car. I pointed out the scratches to the worker and they told me those scratches were already there. Given the fact that this a brand new car and has never been washed before, how could I have this many scratches? So they attempted to fix the light scratches around my car by buffing them out, but it barely made a difference. The most noticeable and deepest scratch was on my mirror on the passenger side. My side mirror scratch was definitely not there before. No way would I have missed that scratch!!! Now, I'm stuck with my brand new car with brand new scratches. 2nd time going here, 2nd time having my steering wheel damaged by one of the workers. First time it was a very small tear on the bottom of the steering wheel which I shrugged off since it was easy to ignore. This morning, the worker must've been wearing a ring and not paying attention because the left hand side of my wheel had a long tear going down it. The picture doesn't really capture it but I can feel it anytime I'm holding the wheel while driving. They also dislodged a cover for my rear view mirror wiring. The early bird special is a good deal at $20, however, I most likely won't be coming back due to these 2 experiences. I've been here before it's not my normal car wash. I go to Eddie's. Where I should have went smh. I got here at 1207. My car didn't get moved until 1245. They didn't start washing until 1p. Eddie's I would have been in and out even with a rush of cars and cheaper. No longer than 20 minutes and that's busy day. They have a system and these dudes here are so slow. They have two people doing the washing and take forever. I'll never come back. And they don't even have the good car air fresheners. Guess who does though? Eddies! Pissed off right now. Cause I'm definitely going to be late going away from my normal car wash. A car wash should never take an hour unless you're getting a detail and all i got was a regular damn wash. I have to leave a bad review so no else comes here. I went yesterday at around 3pm. I wanted to get good detailing so I got the #1 package which was $35. I don't mind paying that at all and then I told them that I had a situation the day before where one of my friends peed on herself in my car and it was on some of the carpet on the floor. They said they had a special shampoo for it and they would get it cleaned, I would just pay more which was fine as well I understand! They ended up charging me $76 for the whole thing which seemed a bit much but I was also thinking okay they know what they're doing. The day after, which is TODAY. It smells! They didn't clean up anything or else it wouldn't smell at all. 0/5 if I could. These people are liars and WILL overcharge you. read more
