They take me in super quick and service was fast! Will definitely come more often it'll a convenient location

Dash wasn't fully wiped

I brought my car here today after a camping trip so it needed a good wash. Car wash was just OK. My main gripe is that I paid for a $42 wash but they didn't even wipe the dashboard completely. They missed the center part and only wiped the sides.

Lowest tier hand wash detail. Spotless!

Rare to see a car wash with more than 2 stars average lol. But it makes sense why they're so highly rated! I came by right before dropping my leased car back to the dealer (teardrop). And Tiny Auto got it absolutely spotless!! They were super kind and efficient. I would say it would be nice to have somewhere to sit indoors, but it was a nice day out so I was fine outside (meaning, don't come on a cold day unless you have a big coat!). Phenomenal price for a hand wash and interior vacuum / detailing. Telling all my friends who live in the area that this is the best car wash around.

Always a good quality wash at a good quality price! Unfortunately their system was down and they only accepted card today, but we worked out a Venmo instead.

Hey Guys, Just wanted to tell you I found a great hand car wash in Long Beach. It's on 7th and Juniper. Carlos and Albeno was great. My Tesla looks great. 5 Stars to them

Just horrible they always try to rush and they do a bad job 3rd time coming and still the same thing why rush ?? You should clean the inside of the car great to have repeating Customers then rush and lose customers. I will not be coming back. How do you just leave a car wash? The inside is horrible. My steering wheel is still sticky. My doors are dirty and dusty. My radio still has the same stain on it and had when I went in. The glove department still has the soda mark. Like what are you guys doing? I rather you spend more inside the car than out. That's why point of the car wash anyone can get a hose and clean the outside it's all about the inside. And the guy who takes the order when you pull up extremely rude. If you don't want to be at work, then stay home stop treating the customers like crap you make them feel like they're not wanted. When we are giving you business ! It's lack of management and lack of ownership rule number one in a business don't rush and don't be greedy! Dont go here horrible service and bad wash this is after just getting the car wash taking in lot before I pulled off. Like what are you guys doing the inside looks the exact same only a vacuum was done there is more but I'm just ready to drive off

Harsh scratch on my side mirror

I had my car less than a month and took it to get its first car wash here. I found a few light and deep scratches on my brand new car. I pointed out the scratches to the worker and they told me those scratches were already there. Given the fact that this a brand new car and has never been washed before, how could I have this many scratches? So they attempted to fix the light scratches around my car by buffing them out, but it barely made a difference. The most noticeable and deepest scratch was on my mirror on the passenger side. My side mirror scratch was definitely not there before. No way would I have missed that scratch!!! Now, I'm stuck with my brand new car with brand new scratches. I left unsatisfied and regret my decision in ever coming to this car wash.

Love this car wash. It does get pretty busy during the weekends but they usually try to get your car cleaned as soon as possible & still do a good/clean job. Definitely worth the wait. Closed on Sunday's!

Workers ring scratched and ripped steering wheel on the side
Ernie G.

2nd time going here, 2nd time having my steering wheel damaged by one of the workers. First time it was a very small tear on the bottom of the steering wheel which I shrugged off since it was easy to ignore. This morning, the worker must've been wearing a ring and not paying attention because the left hand side of my wheel had a long tear going down it. The picture doesn't really capture it but I can feel it anytime I'm holding the wheel while driving. They also dislodged a cover for my rear view mirror wiring. The early bird special is a good deal at $20, however, I most likely won't be coming back due to these 2 experiences. I try my best to take care of my car, I don't wear any rings etc. to cause the damage either. Very disappointed :/

I'd like to thank Angelica for assisting me with my purchases today…read more She was patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and welcoming. She answered all my questions and concerns about plantar fasciitis and I felt comfortable with my purchases today. She brought out a couple of brands and sizes for me to try on and surprisingly I left with Hokas instead of New Balances and Birkenstocks, what I originally came in for. Thanks for everything, Angelica!

I honestly never felt like spending money on running shoes but they were like you need to do this and get the RIGHT SHOES since you could barely walk! Right when I walked in there, they helped me immediately with so much kindness!! They have this easy technology where you step on this pad and it tells you what type of foot you have and once I did that they brought out the types of shoes that would fit me the best! The first shoes I tried on were the best shoes ever they were a pair of HOKAs and it felt like I was walking on a cloud!! Mind you I could barely walk at this time because of my plantar fasciitis and it felt like a miracle! They also gave me insoles that made it so much better which I didn't even know it could get better!! I bought them and six months later I came back to get another pair!! I just bought a third pair today and was not even expecting to do that. I just went in to buy new insoles but because they were so kind and personable I was like what the heck I don't mind getting another pair because they're so amazing here!!! So thank Aly, Angelica, Stephanie!! You all the best!!! Thanks to y'all I can walk.. and RUN AGAIN!! Yayaya!!!

I noticed this shop took over the old One Hour Photo that had been here for decades, but closed. It's in the CVS shopping center, right next to Noah's Bagels. I took my shoes in, the proprietor and shoe repairman came out from the back. He gave me a quote of $30 to re-glue both heels. I took them in on a Saturday. He asked me if Friday was okay? I said yes and paid in advance. He gave me a copy of my receipt and stapled it to the ticket. Not too talkative, but he's a busy guy. He has quite the workshop back there, behind the counter. From the front, you can see his work bench and machinery. When I came back, there was a line. I also noticed there was a significant volume of shoes that were repaired and ready for pickup. I gave him my ticket, which he used to pull the plastic bin my shoes were in. Yay, new glue. I'm happy. I noticed he repairs purses, so that may be next on my list. He also sells merchandise. Ie Shoelaces and insoles.

Village Shoe Repair is a great place to get your shoes repaired if you live up here on the hill…read more Located right next to Noah's Bageo, and just one store away from CVS, it's very easy to find. For those of you who are from this area, and/or may remember, this business is located in the same location that used to be the one hour photo forever. The one hour photo is long gone, but this business has taken over the space. Once inside, you'll find a whole lot of shoelaces. I find this really helpful, if you really want to get some colorful shoelaces, or a very specific type of shoelace, this business probably has it hanging on the wall. Great stuff! Mainly, most people come in here to get their shoes repaired. FYI, this business also does luggage and purse repair, extra key creation, and a few other things, as well. We went to this business to have a pair of shoes repaired. Basically, the processes is, the owner takes a look at what needs to be done, tells you a price, you pay it upfront, and then you come to pick up your shoes when they are done. For us, it was one week later. This all seems very fair and very reasonable. So, if you need some shoes repaired, or some luggage repaired, or even want a great set of shoelaces, this is your business to go to.

BEWARE: Overcharged me and under delivered…read more Brought my favorite lace up boots to be repaired. The tongue was literally disintegrating. Charge me $120. Picked them up about two weeks later (that is not how long he said it would take - I was traveling and requesting the later pick up). He requires payment in advance, in full - this was a huge red flag to me, but because of the positive reviews, I let it go. Arrived to pick up the boots and the lace holes had not been cut in. So he did it while I waited. Turns out, the holes were too small for the laces. He damaged the end of the lace trying to get them through. Said I just need to work it a bit more but if it doesn't go through, he'd have to replace the metal rivets and charge me more. He was eventually able to get the lace through one of the holes and sent me home to do the rest. When I asked about the damaged lace, he told me I could tape it up or buy new laces. I got home to finish the job. Had to use my husband's tools to try and make the holes a little bigger. As a result, some of the leather started cracking off - is leather supposed to do that?? I'm so angry. In fairness, I did not call the owner back to give him a chance to fix this mess. I don't trust he would actually do it. I debated a long time before leaving this review. I don't like leaving such negative reviews without giving the owner an opportunity to make right. But, in this case, it didn't seem that he cared that the job was not done well from the outset - why should he do anything; he already has the money. Then saying he would have to charge me more so I could lace the boots? Seeing the damaged laces and telling me to just tape it or buy new laces? This is not someone who cares about the end product. I did buy new laces but the holes were too small for the these as well. I tried two with the smallest diameters I could find. It wasn't the laces. I recently moved to the area. My prior shoe repair person charges far less and would NEVER return the shoes to me looking as these did. He took pride in his work. The shoes always came back looking brand new. And, while not cheap (taking care of good shoes is not cheap), I never paid as much as I did at San Pedro Shoe and Handbag. Sadly, he's an hours drive, one way. May just do that in the future though. About the only positive with this entire experience is that parking is quite ample. Just thought I should warn you. Would strongly recommend AGAINST paying in advance.
