She didn't look like she remembered me so I didn't remind her. She was a little helpful but come on this girl sold me fake Rolex she tried to say is real so how am I supposed to believe any thing she says ? They promised to replace it and sent me another diamond certificate to approve the switch. Problem was I'm not a professional gemologist. How was I supposed to know if I am getting the same value? I asked many different jewelers and they refused to help me compare the two certificates. I finally found this place on yelp and called them up. I spoke to Danny and he was beyond helpful. Not only he quickly took a look at both certificates and gave me a comparison but he didn't even charge me for the service. I highly recommend them and will definitely go back to them for any jewelry needs from now on.

I explained that I was aware that prices are changing, but several websites like JM Bullion and Provident Metals post their prices and that you can call and they will lock the price while you mail the product to them and then they will send you the money upon receipt. The guy went ballistic and started rattling off prices for every kind of coin they buy. I tried to stop him and said I only have silver eagles and gold eagles to sell so I don't need to know all of the other coin prices. He got huffy and said he did not like my attitude and hung up on me. Seems strange that Christian is in the name when there is no Christian attitude in their sales people.
