They told me my dress was ready to be picked up the next day. When I went to pick it up, all of the mud stains were still there as if they didn't even look to see if the dress was dirty. I asked them to redo it, and I came back for my dress about 3-4 times and each time they still did not remove all of the stains. Every time I had to request for them to redo it, I pointed to the stains and showed several different employees. They charged me $22 for a dress that I doubt they even tried washing. I would not recommend this place at all. I am very disappointed

They will over charge you SO MUCH compared to any other dry cleaners I've ever been to. 2. I came back home with a cardigan that had 7 different holes in my sweater... was so upset and frustrated. I called them back and the lady said sweaters tear during the process if it's too thin. Why did they charge as a heavy sweater then? And if it was damaged, why didn't they call me to let me know that it was damaged before I picked it up? The lady transferred me over to this guy (assuming it's the owner) and he said I already had holes in my sweater. Cleaners call their customers when they spot any flaws before beginning their process of dry cleaning but I didn't receive a single call. I wouldn't have dropped my sweater at the cleaners in the first place if I had any disorientation on my clothes. What's the point of paying to get something dry cleaned if it has flaws already? Extremely rudely, he said he would try fixing it by sewing the holes together. How can I trust this place with anything? He should clearly know that this type of fabric CANNOT be sewed together! I wasted my money on dry cleaning clothes that I can NEVER wear again... And he just hung up the phone on me without any apology. 3. Customer service is complete garbage. They were rude ever since the time I dropped off my clothes until the time I was hung up over the phone. They're careless about their customers. I've heard so many people say horrible this place was but because of their great ratings, I wanted to give it a shot. THAT WAS A HORRIBLE MISTAKE! Do NOT go here unless you want to get your clothes damaged. You'll definitely waste your money and better yet, you'll come home feeling like poop.

I wanted to write a review on this particular Laundromat because IMHO, they were different. I've driven past this Laundromat a couple of times before deciding to go in. I went on a Monday night, thinking it wasn't going to be busy. Boy was I wrong, it was busy! One of the two coin changers was not working and had an out of order sign. Aside from the broken machine and a few lint balls on the floor - I was pretty impressed with this store. Overall it was pretty clean and bright compared to other Laundromats I've been to. The attendant greeted me when I came in and helped everyone w/ bringing in their laundry - I have never ever seen this at any of the other Laundromats I've been to. Maybe it's because I don't frequent them enough but I really like the way they run their business here. They even give away prizes every month which I thought was a nice gesture but not sure why a Laundromat would do that. I used their biggest machine - I believe the attendant told me it had a 75lb capacity? It was $8.00 for the hot wash and for one of the large dryers it was $0.25 for every 3 minutes. I washed 2 comforters, one king & one queen, and it took me only 35 minutes. When the wash was completed the comforters were only slightly damp which was strange since I know I saw water soaking them. I asked the attendant about it and I guess the washers spin so fast that it dispels most of the water - allowing for quicker drying, which is always a plus in my book. I had the comforters in the dryer for only 25 minutes and they were completely dry! I was in and out of there in just under an hour - AMAZING! I thought my experience was good and warranted a review so if you're in the Manassas area and need a Laundromat, I don't see any reason why you wouldn't come here - this is now my go to spot for comforters!
