Being on a cross country trip and staying at hotels for over 3 weeks, I had a lot of dirty clothes. This place is very clean (including their bathroom). They have 20-80lb washers and dryers. I used a 40lb washer and dryer, for clothes that would be 2 loads in at-home washer dryer. The washer was 5 dollars for 30min, and I used the dryer for 28min which costed a dollar. They both worked really good. The dryer could have used another quarter for certain items like a small blanket but I was too lazy to wait any longer. I have been a customer at this laundromat for approximately two years and visit about once a week. I routinely wash the same types of items each visit, including my work uniforms, my husband's work uniforms, and my dogs' blankets. During my visit today, I loaded two large-capacity washers, added the appropriate amount of detergent according to the detergent instructions, selected the warm water setting, and started the machines as usual. When the cycles were complete, I immediately noticed that many of the clothes still smelled unwashed and felt as though detergent and soil had not been fully rinsed away. Some items were only damp, some were extremely wet, and others felt almost dry, as though they had not been washed properly. The clothing also retained the same odor it had before being washed. I brought my concerns to the attendant. She checked the washer briefly and stated that because the clothes were wet, the machine had washed them. However, my concern was not whether water had touched the clothing, but that the wash cycle did not appear to clean the clothes properly. I was left with no option but to move everything into another washer and pay to wash all of my laundry a second time. As a result, I spent approximately double what I normally spend on laundry. I was disappointed that there was no attempt to investigate whether the machine malfunctioned or to offer any assistance, reimbursement, or courtesy rewash despite my being a long-time customer. I understand that equipment issues can happen. My frustration comes from having to pay twice to wash the same load and feeling that my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. I hope management will review the condition and performance of the machines so that other customers do not experience the same problem. read more

I rarely have to use a laundromat, but when I do...I have high expectations. As a travel nurse, I've used a few different a laundromats, mostly to wash my comforters and weighted blanket. This laundromat was very clean and had at least 3 different sized washers. The owner and manager was on site. This place also sells all the products you need if your out or need more detergent. I didn't like ALL THE QUARTERS!!! It would be so much better to have a cashless system that uses cards. Most people rarely have cash today, and this facility doesn't have an ATM. After going to the ATM, I came back and ended up with lots of change. Who wants to lug all these quarters around. The cash machine only dispenses $10 worth of quarters. read more

Went with my king sized comforter on a Friday morning so it was empty except for a couple people. It was spotless inside and the employees were very friendly and helpful - I had no idea what size washer/dryer I needed. Was in and out in less than an hour! They have detergent, etc for purchase as needed, washers are coin operated and doors were open to allow for air flow. Signs were up saying folks needed to wear masks and employees had them on (properly!). I was able to work while there as the WiFi was fast. Safety: The staff do not wear masks or enforce the mask requirement that the private business has chosen, despite the clearly posted and unmistakable sign on the front door. (I'm not happy they require masks, but if you don't like that the business has chosen that, you are free to choose another laundromat.) Mask compliance and nonenforcement aligns almost universally with a subset of customers that suggests illegal discrimination. If your laundry was being done there on April 28th, your "clean" clothes may have been the ones that the unmasked employee sneezed on while folding. Services: The weight capacity of the machines is not accurate in real life. I weigh my laundry before coming in, and depending on the type of fabrics, I need to use 20-100% more weight capacity than I actually have. And the expensive dryers always produce wet clothes even when you add plenty of extra time and stay under the weight capacity. read more

I've gone to this laundromat 4-5 times a year for the last 5 years to wash bulky blankets and things that won't fit into my own washer at home. I know they have a drop off service which charges by the pound but I like to do my own so haven't used it before. Pros: 1. The facility is bright and inviting and more importantly, the machines are clean and well maintained. I usually go late at night but I've always felt safe even though most of the other businesses in the strip mall are closed by then. 2. There is always an employee who is sweeping, mopping, wiping down machines, tidying up, as well as helping customers at the counter if they have questions. 3. They have several change machines to get quarters. 4. Several different sizes of washing machines and two sizes for dryers. Prices are comparable to other laundromats in the area. 5. They have a selection of laundry detergents and fabric softeners you can purchase if you run out (but try to bring your own because they're quite pricy). Cons: 1. Call to verify their hours. Bummer, they don't stay open until midnight like they used to. 2. Took off 1/2 star because I found the smaller washers didn't really get my blankets that clean. Maybe it was the two machines I happen to have been using but I spilled a glass of red juice on my bedding so washed a pillow and thin blanket in one machine, and a thin comforter in another. The pillow came out fine but the blanket and comforter still had red on them when I pulled them out. I took them out and rewashed them in two different machines, which worked. But annoying and wasted my time and quarters. 3. 1/2 star off because dryers also seem to depend on luck. Though I put my items in side by side on hot, one machine was definitely hotter and dried faster than the other but I didn't think it was a huge deal. My items were 1/2 dry after $0.50 which was fine with me since I could take them home to finish drying there. 4. The owner, who is an older Korean guy, has been SO consistently mean and grumpy. He glares at customers, doesn't appear to want to help of you have questions and also lectures his employees a lot. On one occasion, the machine I was using ate two quarters. I pushed the button to get all of my money out, but nothing happened. The employee tried too but he didn't have any luck so he reimbursed me two quarters so I could get my washing done. When I passed the register a few mins later, I could hear the employee trying to explain what happened to the owner, and the owner yelling at him. The owner was reacting like the employee reimbursed me $500 rather than $.50. I felt so bad for the employee, that I tried to. stepped in to explain what had happened. The owner just glared at me and told me that next time I would be using the machines at my own risk if the machine ate my change. Uhhhh, wow. All over $0.50. I thought about taking off another star I didn't because I like to base my rating on the actual service of the facility which is as a laundromat. This laundromat has it all! For starters -- lots of machines, machines in every size. They are clean! Not a given. Well stocked desk with laundry supplies in case you forgot anything. But they will also do the laundry for you. Vending machines, plenty of easily accessible parking. You might want to bring change or at least $5 or $1 bills. I came here this morning for the first time, I needed to wash my king size quilt and shams. I did my due diligence by researching a laundromat that was not only close, but also clean, after all when washing your clothing and bed linens you want the atmosphere to be as clean as the water inside the washing machine. And just as I read, this place is clean, the machines are very new and there is plenty of seating for you to wait, there are also monitors for you to watch TV if you did not bring your phone, laptop, or iPad, there are even snack machines in the back if you need, I love it and this will definitely be my go to when I need to wash my bed linens, it's my kind of place for sure! read more

My husband and I haven't used a laundromat in many years, but we needed one since our laundry room is been remodeled and the washer and dryer have been disconnected for over a month, and we were running out of some clothes. We went midday on a Monday and there were plenty of machines to use. We could get all the machines we needed in one area, and they have different size washers and dryers. The attendant was very helpful when we ran into trouble inserting the coins. The machines only take quarters but they have a change machine that takes $1, 5, 10 and 20 bills. She gave me a cleaning wipe to wipe off the table for folding. Not that it was visibly not clean but I wanted to clean it for my own peace of mind. Overall I was impressed and would highly recommend 7 star laundromat. read more

We did our own laundry, but they also have drop off and fold service as an option. PROS: -Clean -Lots of machines ranging in size from 20lb-80lb -Great prices ($2.50-6.50 wash depending on size and 1 quarter gets you anywhere from 5-10mins on the dryers) -Friendly staff -Free wifi -They sell detergent and other items in case you forget -Change machine so you can convert paper to coin -Ample clean folding tables CONS: -Change only (the bigger machines do take 1$ coins though) Great experience here. Had to stay in town over the weekend and found this laundromat just down the street. It was clean, friendly and prices seemed reasonable. Small washers $2.50 per load up to the big ones at $8.50. I think there were 5 sizes of washer all together so good variety. Dryers worked well and were $0.25 for 7 minutes which after 2 quarters everything was dry. I would give a 5 start but just struggled comparing this to my favorite restaurant. In comparable to other laundry facilities, it was great! read more

When I decided to take my oversized king comforter to a laundromat, I was dreading it because I assumed all laundromats were dirty, dingy affairs as they were during my younger years when I had to use them frequently. Not so this laundromat. It is practically spotless, has 40 or so washers and dryers, washer sizes from 20 to 80 lbs, dryer sizes of 50 and 80 lbs, change machines and sells all your laundry needs - soap, fabric softener, etc. it also has several TVs mounted on the walls around the facility and wireless for those of us addicted to phones and internet. The experience I dreaded turned out to be perfectly painless. I will definitely come back whenever my own washer and dryer can't handle the job! read more
