I reached out to this shop because I was having issues with my MacBook. While they don't service Mac products anymore, they used to! They will support out of warranty Mac's but because mine is still under Apple care, they immediately referred me to an in state certified Apple repair shop. They thought of me first. And I appreciated that. My son is just entering the workforce in computer repair and IT and I hope he learns about customer service like this business. He owns a PC. We will definitely be bringing it here when we need a repair.

I requested to begin service and received no follow-up (over 1 week later) as to when I could expect that service to start. I sent 2 emails after my original request, as well as telephoning once. The customer representative I spoke with did not have any information and did not seem knowledgeable about the process. I was told that someone would check on my request and email me about it by the following day. I never received anything. After 4+ weeks of waiting, I emailed them again and canceled. Still got no response. So, if the internet service is as bad as the customer service, then I guess I am glad that it turned out the way it did.

Let's say it takes five min to set up then that means I was getting charged $350 plus for less than 9 min of cleaning. When I called to tell the owner he called me a liar. Again I have cameras that are time stamped. Ok that was great then when I actually got to the house the two stains were still there and as suspected, they did a lousy job.
