Pam coached us through picking out a carpet, arranged for the installation amidst a large project that her crew was already involved in and an unplanned non work related accident of one of her installers. Due to our work schedules, we were unable to be home when the carpet was installed. When I arrived at home from work, the carpet was in, looked fantastic, and the installer added some touches along the threshold that we had not considered at all. After leaving several more messages I spoke w/ a man who said they were waiting for a part for the cleaner - that was a month ago - and that he'd call when they'd fixed the machine. So far, nada. Today I'm having the carpet cleaned by another company from way up in the north of the state. I like to shop locally and give my business to members of my community but this is really ridiculous and incredibly unprofessional. I won't be buying anything from this store again or recommending them to anyone.

There are plenty of washing machines in one side, facing the dryers on the other. The washers cost $3.25!!! Per cycle. That seems outrageously high to me (hence the 3 star rating), but it's the only game in town. So they get to do this. .50 if you need soap (7th generation unscented soap). Totally easy parking once you find the place, but limited signage out front. GPS takes you there, but looking for a sign will throw you off. Take the driveway and pull into the back for the back entrance. Once your laundry is being cleaned you can sit on comfortable couches and chairs and watch tv. Limited channels. But it's fine. It's certainly the most comfortable laundry room I've ever been in, but I haven't been in many. It would have been 4 stars but for the price. Dryers are .25 for 6 min. They are very large and very strong. Dry quickly. There is a restroom you can use.

Not only were we able to do two loads of laundry ($3.25 each-not sure if that's pricey or not, but I'd have paid just about anything not to have to continue to haul around a suitcase full of dirty laundry) but we were completely entertained the entire wash/dry cycle! The owners(?) were exceptionally nice (she worked, he chatted, lol, and "babysat" some random kids because their mom was distracted.) Other entertainment options included a TV, toys, video games, magazines, and complementary coffee. There were lots of comfy seating options, as well. There were a good number of washers and dryers. There was also a change machine, but we were able to directly pay the owner and not have to use quarters. Our clothes came out fluffy and wrinkle free. Very happy :)
