I reached out to this shop because I was having issues with my MacBook. While they don't service Mac products anymore, they used to! They will support out of warranty Mac's but because mine is still under Apple care, they immediately referred me to an in state certified Apple repair shop. They thought of me first. And I appreciated that. My son is just entering the workforce in computer repair and IT and I hope he learns about customer service like this business. He owns a PC. Samsung automatically updates my phone, and this update was flawed, as it wiped everything off my home screen (except the Google apps), and wouldn't let me move any of my apps back to my home screen. 4 hours of frustration, and it was fixed by a store tech in less than 15 minutes.
