Great local thrift store. Some things can get pricey, but that's honestly everywhere now. They've got local small artists/businesses inside as well. I love how friendly the staff are and the variety of things they get. So many options and I swear you never see the same thing twice. read more

Really great thrift shop. Some items were pricier than expected (around $30) but I found a lot of steals for $2. Bought two pairs of pants for $3 total because they also had a good 50% sale for specific colored price tags. The workers were really cool and kind too. read more

Watch out for the valet parking near the restuarant next door, or you could get towed. They carry a good selection of new and used, they have things very cheaply priced, and the people who run this joint are rad. Community gem. Really a great thing for Richmond and it's great they moved close to Jackson award. Lots of good cheap clothes and trinkets you couldn't find anywhere else for as cheap. Curated but not expensive is rare these days, plus they have discounts a lot on already super cheap stuff. AND they sell local art! And display it! What more could you ask for? Just a great great place for the community, pardon my language but fuck any of the reviews that gave a low review. This is a great place, and if you're a local artist, musician, or writer you should contact them -- they'll sell your zines, display your art, maybe even book you for a show! This place is exactly what a thrift store should be. It's inventory is entirely based on donations, so its a lot of meh, with plenty of gems hidden throughout if you're willing to look. There's clothing in addition to furniture and random things, like undeveloped disposable cameras and vinyls! All the proceeds go into charities in the city, the space is available for any artist to display and sell their work, and they work to employ the mentally disabled. How can you not come here? Last but not least, it's all dirt cheap! Like thrift stores should be! Most clothes are under $5. I got a pair of shorts and nice jeans for $6 total. Great place, definitely recommend it. read more

This place is amazing and run by probably the nicest, most considerate person in the world. The shop is quite large and has a huge selection of all kinds of goods (clothing, cheap books, knick knacks, sporting goods, furniture, belts, doodads, etc) as well as tons of really great, original and affordable art. Nice balance of quality and kitsch and most things are under $5. There are tons of free books available as well. The place does a lot for the community, offering art, education and job training for a variety of people; does a ton of recycling and more. Great place to go to to browse, check out interesting art, or buy a unique gift. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Lots of traffic going in and out (with seemingly everyone buying something) so it looks like they have a high turnover of goods. read more

What a great shop! Circle Thrift has amazing deals and a great selection. I stumbled into there shop on a Tuesday to find out they do half off clothing and shoes EVERY Tuesday and Sunday of the week. I was able to buy 2 new outfits and my daughter new clothes for under $20. In addition to the amazing sales/prices they have local artwork hanging on all the walls of there store. Very welcoming attitudes from the owners and friendly staff. This is the best shop on the block and probably my new favorite thrift store in Richmond! Ill definitely be returning to Circle Thrift & Art Space. read more
