She then comes our way and says nothing. So basically everyone got acknowledged around us BUT us. This told me everything I needed to know. I won't even touch on what was in there because the whole vibe of it was very off putting and I could not focus. The young ladies in the sale section in the back were pleasant. I love the intent behind the store. What some business owners fail to realize is that customer service goes a long way. Their prices are very reasonable and they have a wide selection of items. The staff are always so friendly and courteous, checking if you need anything or asking if it's your first time so they can guide you through the shop. They've recently (since I stopped going a few years ago) opened a website for easy shopping as well as started a blessings barn in the back. The blessings barn is a great community tool for people wanting to donate items they don't need/want or get things for your baby when money is tight. They've had things as nice as cribs before. You can also ask the staff about breast feeding supplies as they have some that have been donated, but they keep it in the back. There's a points system too so you can earn rewards. I definitely recommend this to any mom, soon to be mom, or someone looking for affordable gifts for parents. Follow them on social to see new stuff that's come in or sales they're having. They have a different sale every day of the week.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The selling process is fairly quick if you choose to wait in the store they usually estimate 30 mins or less to go through items and if you decide to leave and receive a call back that can take a few hours, but often isn't that bad. You check in on a kiosk to sell your items. You'd receive an offer on items the store wants to buy. If you decide to accept the offer this can be done via store credit (often offered more $$) or cash (usually a little less). There's clothing options in stores for women and men to choose from. Various brands to choose from. The store is always neat and tidy! Stays pretty busy. The fitting rooms are clean also! Parking can be selective. All in all I've had good experiences buying and selling here and would recommend!
