Was informed at the CS desk that they don't take items back after 180 days anymore. I told the lady that that wasn't the policy when I bought it. She then said it was a Covid thing. I kid you not!!! I looked at her and said "what the hell does Covid have to do with my vacuum not charging?" She looked at me with that deer in the headlights look and ask if I wanted to talk to the manager. That conversation didn't go anywhere. I'm done with Kohl's. You just lost my family as costumers. I sure they don't care, but they should. How many national stores are going under?
