I LOVE Glendy's - I can always find what I want and lots of things that I did not know that I needed ! Such great displays that change all the time. New Stuff, Old stuff and handmade stuff. What an awesome find! Moseying through Western Indiana going back to Chicago- Yelp compelled me to visit this antique mall. The other seasoned Yelpers were right - this is a great place with plenty of real vintage stuff. I bought six items. The store is clean, nice variety, workers were pleasant and helpful. A nice antique store with just a hint of flea market! Unlike a lot of malls, people who rent booths at Nancy's actually put quite a bit of effort into making their stall defined with special decorations on the walls, proper staging of their wares and even some floor painting so that you don't feel like you're just looking at someone's unwanted stuff. The folks running the store were friendly, cheerful and a pleasure to speak with! The prices were great, so we left with a couple of arm loads of gifts; some even for other people. read more

I've had such a fun shopping experience at Glendy's that I became a vendor! The owners Glenn & Mindy are a great couple. They're professional yet very down to earth. They run a stellar team. Everybody has a great attitude and loves what they do. Each booth is unique and full of lots of one-of-a-kind pieces. The prices - you can't beat. Fun antique mall. This one borders on flea market depending on the vendor. I would say over the past year there has been a bit more trend toward primitives as well. It's always a welcoming place and fun to pick around. There has been quite a change-over in many of the vendors of late, I'm guessing this corresponds with the change in the name/ownership. Usually takes me about an hour to get through the store. I recommend going here and bundling this visit with a few of the other antique malls in Terre Haute. read more

Wanted to leave a good review because some of the reviews on here were written by impatient people and those reviews give a false representation of the shop! This is my favorite place to go in terre haute. It is the cleanest, most well organized antique shop i've ever been in with a huge variety of things! It's also expanded recently which is super fun! Every time my family or friends come into town, we love to go to Glendy's! The customer service is outstanding contrary to what the other rude reviews on here have said. It takes time to check things out sometimes but the people behind the counter are still very nice and always apologetic when it takes too long. Also, i've never spent more than 10 minutes waiting to be checked out and i've been here upwards of 20 times! I can't recommend this place enough read more

Upon visiting this quant little town of Terre Haute some friends threw me into their trunk and I listened to the murmur of their voices trying to figure out where they were taking me.. I used my gps. When we emerged from the vehicle We stood staring at this antique mall. Inside we found amazing prices on hard to find items in the antique world. It was near the holidays- much of the furniture was half priced. Needless to say, I found some amazing items and I will definitely return to this little treasure in Terre hot. read more

Tammy ... ...you need to find a role where you're not so terrible to customers. Will not be back.... will not recommend! Check out was a confusing mess... one writing tags, one ringing up (once she felt like it), one boxing up. Honestly, I don't think anyone has ever been as grumpy and rude as this check out. And to hear that mgmt ( Glendy...Mindy) was on their side ... disappointing. You're just promoting rude/bad customer service!! You just lost a good customer.... look up NPS..... sad! read more

This antique mall has greatly improved over the last few years. The booths are more organized, displayed better and easier to shop. Quality of items has also improved. Their checkout process however has not. It took almost 15 minutes to check out 4 items. The counter space is way too small for the types of items they are selling. They offer shopping carts but if you stay in the store a bit and gather things in your cart they ask to take your items to the front while you shop. Why have shopping carts then? I also noticed they did not offer to take items from all customers with carts but only certain ones. This is not good customer service. Do they assume that those customers may be dishonest? While the staff was pleasant, they could all use a good updated course in customer service. read more

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They would rather help someone buy a 3 dollar comic book out of there own booth then help someone that had been standing at the counter waiting to check out! Then when called out about it all they wanted to do is argue with me about it. I will never go back! read more

We love Nancy's. My daughter and I have been several times and would go more often if she didn't live so far away (NW of Chicago). I live near Champaign-Urbana, IL so it's a 60+ mile drive. We have found lots of things there. The people have always been very friendly and the prices, we think, are good. We always have a good time when we go to Nancy's! read more

Nancy's Downtown Mall is a place I visit often. It's cute and fun to walk around, marveling at the endless wonders this place holds. You could stay there for hours and still feel like you haven't seen everything. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. read more
