Gave me a quote to get it done with lettering. She quoted 1 to 2 hours at $35 an hour to do a bee with my company name. I sent her examples of things I liked and even one that I had hand draw, but it definitely needed more to it. We chatted through messenger about a few things and even personal life. She seemed very friendly. She sent me back the samples which were nothing at all like I sent her. There was probably 6 different clip art styles sent. It seemed like this was just being pushed through in no effort put into it whatsoever. The price was very fair and I would have even paid more, would have gotten a final product. I told her to hold off because I was having a couple health issues we could finish up later. I get an invoice from her for $70 and no finished product. I paid the invoice and I let her know how displeased I was with service. She was willing to finish it for more money. But at this point what she sent me with subpar work and the fact that she charged me full price for nothing. A month later I reached out to her after my procedure to try and get a finished product that I paid for. She read the messages through Facebook and ignored them. Unfortunately at that point I had to dispute the charge with my bank because I did not get a services I paid for. She sent me a nasty message through Facebook and refuses to do what she was paid for. She then blocked me on Facebook. So here I am,unfortunately leaving a review for a local company that I really didn't want to have to leave a bad review for during these covid times. I am on businesses for over 18 years and I have never once left a client hanging or took their money without giving them what they paid for. If you looking for someone to make a logo I would definitely search elsewhere not only because you don't get what you pay for but because the product is subpar. I could easily made the logo samples she supposedly hand traced myself. Two of sample she sent back were the 2 that I had drawn already. They use mass produced live art that you can buy online for a lot less. Luckily I found another company to do my large logo and my company branding and they are amazing.
