Matt had helped with my trainer's computer needs previously. I was very impressed with Matt's responsiveness, desire to help, attentiveness to my many questions, and willingness to overcome some obstacles to get the new computer running smoothly but also to make the old one more functional so we can use it as a back-up, if needed. His caring & kind demeanor was refreshing as well as his knowledge & professionalism. I would highly recommend Matt for your computer hiccups or installs. Thanks, Matt!!!

The owner, Matt. Simply amazing!…read more I got in touch with him recently since I was considering having a custom built gaming pc. What followed was an impressive level of customer service I rarely run into anymore. Not only did he read my long winded emails, he made sure he responded to every question, explaining that I had more than one option available, going through each option and what each one offered, helping me to see that I didn't necessarily need the most powerful gaming rig, being more focused on helping me to see that my level of gaming could be more affordable. I felt like I was being helped by a friend that really cared in making sure I got the best value for my budget, a build that would be the best for my gaming needs, and a good foundation for a gaming pc that I could keep way into the future with just future upgrades when needed rather than buying a new pc every few years. Even though my plans for building a custom gaming pc are on hold for now, I know that should I ever need computer services going into the future, I definitely know I've found the company I will call on. Thank you so much, Matt, for all your thoughtful and considerate help and knowledge. I'm grateful for the help and impressed, from my experience, on how you put your customers first.

I wanted to get an extra wireless keyboard and mouse so I could have one at work and one at home and wouldn't have to carry them around. I asked about them in the store and was led to a plastic box that was filled with identical wireless keyboard mouse combos. I picked one out and asked where the chip was. This should have tipped off the clerk that I was not tech savvy. As I suspect many of there customers are not. She told me the toggle was under the mouse. I got the set home and did not see a toggle under the mouse (latter I found out she was saying dongle). I looked in the battery chambers of both the keyboard and mouse and did not see it. I called the them and was told to check the battery chambers of both the keyboard and mouse and once again I didn't see it. I was told that this would be a once in a lifetime that a chip was not with the keyboard. I brought the unit in and we looked in the keyboard battery area next. Then we looked we looked at the mouse and they pointed out a built in dongle compartment in the battery chamber of the mouse. I was never told there could be a built in compartment when I was in the store or later on the phone. I have since find some YouTube videos that explain where to find the dongle. This tells me I'm not that only one to have trouble finding it.

About two weeks ago, my favorite K-pop group, LE SSERAFIM, was in town and during the encore, they came out in full UW gear. After researching, I found out that the gear was from University Book Store. I really wanted to buy the hat that Chaewon wore and was able to find and buy one there. It was a University Book Store exclusive printed/embroidered on '47 brand Hat. There is a reason I am telling this story though! While I was there, I looked around and see what kind of merchandises they were selling and I noticed that they have done collaboration with quality brands such as Lululemon, Champion (reverse Weave), Adidas, '47 Brand, New Era, etc. Clearly, whoever is in charge of designing the fan gear here knows what they are doing. They also had a clearance section upstairs with items marked down up to 50%. If you're a current UW student or UW Alumni and haven't been here in recent years like me, I highly recommend checking it out. Check out my photos of all the UW gears that LE SSERAFIM members wore during the concert.

I've also noticed that books are arranged similarly to Barnes & Noble. I've been told that the books are carefully arranged and sorted via subcontracted by Barnes & Noble, so if you're interested in that, this is definitely the place for you. The prices are a bit high, but they do go back into student support and activities, so it's a good investment. Also, there is a 20% discount or specific dates and timelines along with promotionals for students. but I don't think that these discounts apply to text books. I definitely recommend a university bookstore.
