You can tell the whole team cares about customer service, not just from my experience but from overhearing other techs helping other customers while I was there. Highly recommend.

We have used Peel Tech for years now and have had good experiences. But recently we had a very…read moresimple job that only took 15 minutes max and was charged a full hourly rate of $125, which seems quite unreasonable. We've had plumbers who have adjusted their fees down when the fix was so simple, but not Peel Tech. It was a total rip-off, although the problem was fixed. I do not recommend anybody using them without getting clear information on the fees that will be charged up front. Not customer focused in my opinion.

Scott showed up worked through the problems and also discovered that we had two routers and that they might be fighting with each other. So he set it up so that one router became the prime source and took the information on the other router from Comcast to see if it was out of date ETC. I got and email saying Comcast Router was current and let's just leave it along unless you have any additional problems. I could not be happer with the results from Peel Tech.

I wanted to get an extra wireless keyboard and mouse so I could have one at work and one at home and wouldn't have to carry them around. I asked about them in the store and was led to a plastic box that was filled with identical wireless keyboard mouse combos. I picked one out and asked where the chip was. This should have tipped off the clerk that I was not tech savvy. As I suspect many of there customers are not. She told me the toggle was under the mouse. I got the set home and did not see a toggle under the mouse (latter I found out she was saying dongle). I looked in the battery chambers of both the keyboard and mouse and did not see it. I called the them and was told to check the battery chambers of both the keyboard and mouse and once again I didn't see it. I was told that this would be a once in a lifetime that a chip was not with the keyboard. I brought the unit in and we looked in the keyboard battery area next. Then we looked we looked at the mouse and they pointed out a built in dongle compartment in the battery chamber of the mouse. I was never told there could be a built in compartment when I was in the store or later on the phone. I have since find some YouTube videos that explain where to find the dongle. This tells me I'm not that only one to have trouble finding it.

About two weeks ago, my favorite K-pop group, LE SSERAFIM, was in town and during the encore, they came out in full UW gear. After researching, I found out that the gear was from University Book Store. I really wanted to buy the hat that Chaewon wore and was able to find and buy one there. It was a University Book Store exclusive printed/embroidered on '47 brand Hat. There is a reason I am telling this story though! While I was there, I looked around and see what kind of merchandises they were selling and I noticed that they have done collaboration with quality brands such as Lululemon, Champion (reverse Weave), Adidas, '47 Brand, New Era, etc. Clearly, whoever is in charge of designing the fan gear here knows what they are doing. They also had a clearance section upstairs with items marked down up to 50%. If you're a current UW student or UW Alumni and haven't been here in recent years like me, I highly recommend checking it out. Also, there is a 20% discount or specific dates and timelines along with promotionals for students. but I don't think that these discounts apply to text books. I definitely recommend a university bookstore.
