When confronted by a "tough customer" he remains calm, cool and collected, as I witnessed myself when he id'd someone. I know a lot of people grumble about being id'd when buying smokes or beer, but it is part of what he's supposed to do per circle k guidelines, no matter your age. So don't begrudge him for following store rules and policy, he's only doing his job. If a customer needs help, he helps in anyway he can. He is the best cashier this location has in my opinion. They need to make him an assistant manager or something because he is beyond qualified to do it and has more skills with it than any other asst manager there. He goes above and beyond for customers to ensure they get the best service he can offer.
