It was so bad you could literally wiggle the tire back and forth with ease. It was on the verge of breaking off WHILE DRIVING. This was a Monday, they called the auto part shop placed the order for the parts and my jeep was fixed by Weds that week. They even gave me a ride home because the jeep was our only vehicle and I lived a little distance from the shop! They went above and beyond for me. Even picked me back up once the jeep was finished. Very good people. Prompt at getting you in and getting what needs to be done, done on your vehicle. Good about getting the best "affordable" option for parts without "slacking" on the quality of the parts. Very honest with you. Answered all my questions. I plan on taking my jeep back to this auto shop again. I had an excellent experience with this place.

The tow driver was courteous and skilled; he diagnosed the cause of the breakdown before loading our car onto his truck - with our full load of camping equipment and rooftop kayak. The search for repair parts was already underway by the time we arrived at the garage. Although the part needed to come 60 miles, the repair was completed by the next afternoon, at an astonishingly reasonable cost. The service manager went beyond the usual call of duty to make sure we were well taken care of at all points in this transaction.

My parents are from Connecticut but were on holiday when they had a tire emergency and not only did this shop get them right in but got them the tires they wanted and even price matched them.They were kind and helped when no one else would on such short notice. I work in a garage myself so can appreciate their customer service knowing how hard emergencies are on people especially when so far from home. I can't say enough or thank them enough! To top it all off they're also pet friendly- so to be able to pet an adorable pup while they waited with another happy customer was the icing on an already great experience. I spoke to the woman who works for them and she said it just happened. I said what happened to the 12 o'clock appointment you scheduled thru AAA ....so after waiting from 9 AM to 230 I now have no tow and an appointment for a repair in Ellsworth that I will not make thank you HC Ralph for terrible service, and not even the decency to contact me and let me know. I also asked for an oil change and to check the break lights. 5 hours of labor later I got my car back Oh. They never found the problem for the overheating. Theu did have to fix a wire for the break lights and somehow that took 1.5 hours. I really feel like they took advantage of me because I was from away. To tune of $500 Stay away and find another garage.
