I made it clear it has to be at the shop at 8 a.m. he said they'd be here at 7:30. I call them at 7:45 the next morning saying that they're busy and can't get my car til 8:15. I was unhappy hearing the news, and my displeasure seeped into my vocabulary, I said "F*** man, how are you going to schedule it with me and then take another call when you know you're supposed to get my car." And I was refused service. Avoid them, use anyone else. You as a paying customer are NOT a priority. We had agreed on a time for pick up, but they will ignore you. It doesn't matter that they have a "fleet" your pre-made appointments will be ignored, and you as a customer will be denied if you call them out on bad practices.

After finding out it was towed by this company, the owner, George told us to meet one of his employees at an address that was in the complete opposite direction than the location listed on the company website. On top of that, his attitude on the phone was very dismissive, rude and obnoxious. George told us to meet one of his "guys" there with $200 cash. He said he would not accept credit card and there were no ATMs on the premises. When we arrived at the location, we had to drive down an overgrown dirt road to meet a man that had our vehicle in an enclosed area in the woods. When we asked him for a receipt of our payment (since we were extremely uncomfortable handing this random man a wad of cash with no paperwork), he told us he forgot his receipt pad and he had no way of giving us a receipt. Highly recommend avoiding this towing company at all costs!

When I picked it up the vehicle the light had not been fixed because they did not have the part. I was still charged $200 when the recall repair was free. I called to complain and was told that when the part arrives it would cost me at least $400 for the repair. This is ridiculous and I will not be going there for this repair or any other service ever again. I should have been told that it would cost $200 just to check the cause of the outage and I would have refused to have it done.

To my surprise he found a bank willing to work with me and my credit. I didn't even need a down payment and my monthly car payment was not bad. I walked in thinking I wasn't gonna get a loan for a vehicle, and walked out with a decent used 2014 jeep compass with a low monthly payment. He was great to work with. He went above and beyond to try and help me get something. He's a really great to work with. He even filled the gas tank up after the sale. When I needed a tow about a month after getting it( hit and run. Someone hit my car and ran away without giving me their insurance information damaging it).He towed my jeep to a local garage he works with and they were able to fix it. They even brought it back to me when I didn't have a ride to pick it up once fixed. I would definitely do business with this car dealership again. Decent used cars. Decent pricing on cars. They really try to help you as the customer and try to ensure you don't walk away without a decent vehicle. When the time comes I will be going here for another car. Great to work with and have 4-5 different banks and credit unions they work with for car financing. Really good down to earth company.
