The tow driver was courteous and skilled; he diagnosed the cause of the breakdown before loading our car onto his truck - with our full load of camping equipment and rooftop kayak. The search for repair parts was already underway by the time we arrived at the garage. Although the part needed to come 60 miles, the repair was completed by the next afternoon, at an astonishingly reasonable cost. The service manager went beyond the usual call of duty to make sure we were well taken care of at all points in this transaction.

It was Canada Day and after 5pm, so nothing was open on the St Stephen side. Luckily we were able to turn back around and get to VIP just before closing. They stuck around late to patch our tire and sent us on our way in under 40 minutes. We would have been looking at an overnight stay in Calais plus, likely, having to have the truck towed had they not been so accommodating. This company refused to honor the warranty on their previous work, and my car is still experiencing issues that should have been fixed when I paid for the service the first time! The last straw was my seat not being reset to its original position upon return of my vehicle. Such an oversight, especially when corporate told me that it was "unacceptable" when it happened once before...It may seem like a petty issue, but the principle of the matter is an overt lack of respect. Within 30 minutes they had the issue identified. They ordered the part and had it installed a day earlier than what was estimated. Wilder and Nate were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We went there for an oil change, was told they would fit us in in the morning. We waited at least…read morean hour, then asked for a time frame, we got the run around with no ball park time. Heard them on the phone giving a similar response to someone else. Then we were told it would not be before the afternoon. A waste of our time. I drove 1 1/2 hours to Jiffy lube and got in right away. I recommend that they are straight up with people with timing, and not string people along, that's just unpleasant.

I also asked for an oil change and to check the break lights. 5 hours of labor later I got my car back Oh. They never found the problem for the overheating. Theu did have to fix a wire for the break lights and somehow that took 1.5 hours. I really feel like they took advantage of me because I was from away.
