I had a few awful drivers.. some of these guys have zero courtesy, professionalism, respect! I can go on n on! It's disgusting! Half should be fired! Especially this one foreigner in car 22, this guy was filth! He smelled like rotted pork. He was so rude I was disgusted. He had zero patience! Now I'm talking to the point where this psycho was flipping out asking me where I was going on the highway then threatening to throw me out of the van cause I wasn't fast enough!! I was appalled! They find these lowlives! He passed my stop and drove backwards on the shoulder to get there risking both of our lives!!! Over trying to avoid making a U-turn! It was utterly absurd! I wanted to go to town hall and submit a complaint! These ppl have no regard for human safety and they completely lack competence! How are you a cab driver and you don't know where you're going?! Then you're arguing with a woman in the middle of the high way cause you don't know your way around?! This guy should be avoided! At all costs! Very rude drivers and extremely unprofessional, I just got the middle finger for no reason twice. I was in the left lane on route 70 in Brick and a female driver rolled down her window and gave me the finger, I continued up the road and while I was in the right lane waiting to make a turn she pulled up in the left lane and did it again. I seriously have no idea why. There was no prior incident of any kind. read more

Waited 45 min for a call after being told 8 min and had to call 3 times before someone came out Driver was extremely hostile saying "she had enough with all the pick up tonight" and started using profanity and became combative towards one of the people in our party. We started leaving the car once we got to our location and or driver yelled "someone owes me money" before we even had a chance to open our wallets. Never again. read more

Citi cab went above and beyond when I needed a taxi to take my dad from Neptune to Newark hospital and he was struggling. The dispatcher was super friendly and called me back and let me know when the driver picked him up. And the driver was very nice and helped my dad call me on his phone. A+ Service, definitely would recommend. read more

Wow after reading all the reviews I feel bad but grateful they were only extremely rude when I called. I called for a cab 5/21 and the a-hole just grunted something and hung up. After hearing all the other reviews I think I got the employee of the month. You would think with all the other cab services out there that the management would try a little customer service. This company sucks. The driver happily took us from Asbury to West long branch. We asked three times before getting in the car what the price was and the guy said $6-$8. We all asked each or total and he confirmed total. We hopped in and drove away. Once we got to the hotel my friend paid $10. The guy couldn't understand what she was giving him and said it was $40. $40?!?!? That's more than the Uber we took to Asbury to begin with! I am livid! And to add to it, my other friend called the 800 number to complain and the woman called her an idiot for misunderstanding the pricing. Thanks for nothing! You suck and I will never use your company again. All of my friends will refuse your service as well. Thanks for nothing. read more

I wholeheartedly agree with all the other reviewers. BEWARE! This company is slightly cheaper but SO MUCH CRAPPIER than other car companies in the area. The driver could not find our house, so his dispatcher actually called me to give me the driver's phone number so that I could call and explain to him how to get to the pick-up location (and I was from out of town, so I had no idea how to give the directions). I kid you not. The driver, a nice guy, finally arrived a half hour late, stopped on his way to our destination to fill up on gas, stopped again for a restroom visit, and used his cell phone with only one hand (or elbow) on the wheel -- DANGEROUS. No in-car GPS from the company. I hope the good Lord closes this company down soon. read more

Had such an awful experience with this company! Had to get a ride tonight about 1 - 2 miles away (coulda/shoulda walked but it's Halloween and people are creepy). First off, the man who picked my boyfriend And I up didn't even say hi. He asked for the address and that's it. Once we got to the house, he told us the fare was $7.00. My boyfriend have him a $20.00 and the man didn't have any change besides a 5.00. So we ended up having to pay more then double what the actual fare was worth! I'm sorry but this is your job, you know you need to have change, and if you don't the DRIVER should have to figure it out, not the customers who did nothing wrong. Disappointed and annoyed is an understatement. Never using this company again! Would have left 0 stars if I could. read more

We used this cab company to travel from Asbury Park to Long Branch. We had 8 people and the driver said he could accommodate all of us. We asked him how much it would be and he said 6-8 dollars. 13 asked if that was per person or total on four separate occasions and he kept reassuring us it was total. Upon arriving to the hotel he said it was 5 dollars ahead and turned into an instant rude jerk. Upon calling the cab company, the person on the phone called us idiots/morons several times. We had no problem paying - except for we asked up front and he LIED. Avoid these cabs!!!! read more

Pay for your cab up front or make sure you get a recording of what your driver tells you the price will be. Our driver picked us up, we confirmed the price four separate times, and then at our destination raised the price, over four-fold. Extortion is apparently the way this company works. When I called the dispatcher to let them know what happened, I was insulted, cursed at, and there was no semblance of an apology. I was sure to tell her I was from out of town, was happy to pay the proper fare, and that she should be aware of what her drivers were doing. Her retort "well honey, it's not my fault you were an idiot and didn't understand the price". Never again. No thanks. Uber is the way to go. This cab company is clearly compoaed of a bunch of scam artists. read more

I scheduled a pickup at Newark Airport as my wife and I were returning from Florida. As usual with cab companies, the phone rep took all the required flight information. There was an air traffic control problem at Newark that afternoon, which delayed all flights into Newark. As a result, my flight landed 1.5 hours late. On the runway I turned my phone on and found 2 voicemails, one from the phone rep and one from the driver sent to pick us up. I called the driver and he informed me that he had waited for us but then left when we didn't show up at the scheduled time and was on his way back to the cab office. I then called the phone rep and she said the plane landed an hour ago and I wasn't there to be picked up. I told her I had just landed, why didn't she check the flight status to see that the flight had been delayed? I also told her how unprofessional that was -her reply was oh no, I'm very professional. What a joke. Would have given 0 stars if I could. read more
