We did get our luggage off at my partners urging. We stood at the side of the freeway watching the transport go up in flames. Within 13 minutes it was gone and we mentally listened to our flights taking off without us. The company was curt when we kept calling them to get another ride. It took quite some time (over an hour) until we were picked up. I had the worst migraine on the plane from the smoke and my partner bought a souvenir tick from the New Jersey roadside. I hear the pregnant Princetonian sitting next to use found one as well. The company has not contacted us to view the video or check in. Before we were picked up, we waited with another dude. He said he used the same company to get to the hotel and it was the worst. The woman who referred the company to us mentioned that the company isn't very good but it the only service in town. That's about the size of it ~ not very good but the only service in Princeton. My advise, take the train or go by cab with a friend. They answered the phone and suggested we allow plenty of time to get to the airport. The driver was nice but very stressed when he picked us up a half hour late. The airporter was clean but the AC didn't work on a very hot day. It was like taking the Bali transport with tired Reunion revelers.

I'm writing this review from the decrepit Ford E-350 with 690,000 miles and the original factory shocks/struts. This van and company are the ultimate pieces of shit (this van is a death trap)! Did I mention to avoid this company at all costs?? Mid trip update: the driver is now smoking in the shuttle. Also, we've learned that of the 8 seat belts in the shit box van, only 2 are functional (one of which the driver is conveniently wearing). I can't make this shit up people...

Incredibly easy to communicate with, both online & via text/phone. After booking, and 24-48 hrs before pickup, they send you a text with the driver's photo & cellphone #. Very professional. Best of all, competitive "all inclusive" rates ; don't have to figure gratuity, taxes......don't even have to carry cash, since I used a CC to book. Would DEFINITELY use them again!
