I had a problem with one of my answers I assume to give in the pre-survey. I did the pre-survey the day that I was assigned the shop and I had a mistake. Rather than allowing me if you to make the mistake right they just dropped and canceled the shop. I do not feel that is very professional at all. I feel like if you're going to have a company represent you and obtained shoppers for your company they should be professional just like you are. I would appreciate a change in the coordinators that you have currently. You should be more amenable to changes and helping your shoppers, do their job to the best of their ability. I would then resign with you as a shopper.

I don't really fancy the idea of reviewing a Walmart Supercenter preciseley because we all know they're primary benefit is low prices - everything else, with rare exceptions, is pretty much a weakness. I've been to this one more than a few times as a shopper primarily because it has always felt less likely you'd get shot here than at the one on Keystone. I also find the customer service typically a wee bit higher at this Wal-Mart than Keystone. I also now have a Neighborhood Market closer to my home, so lately I've not had to really hit the Supercenters as much. There are a handful of national retailers participating in the vaccine roll-out (at least here in Indiana). After exploring some options, once I qualified I decided to go ahead and sign up at this Wal-Mart because it's fairly close to my home and they were offering an appointment only about a week away. Since I knew it would be the pharmacist giving the injection, what could possibly go wrong? Oy. I arrived about 20 minutes prior to my scheduled and confirmed appointment. I'd pre-registered. There were cars in the parking lot, though it was emptier than usual. I quickly learned that they'd had the power go out and were not allowing anyone in. In fact, they were practically shouting at anyone who tried to come near the door. Obviously, I needed to know how they were handling scheduled vaccine appointments for a vaccine that would spoil if not frozen (since the power was out). Of course, I got met with "I don't know anything about that." Hmm. Well, how about you actually go ask? I mean, this is actually a scheduled appointment nobody had bothered to cancel and, well, certain life or death issues? I'm just saying. Alas, they were too lazy to actually inquire. Nearly 24 hours, I've received no contact from Wal-Mart to actually reschedule and, as such, will likely have to start the process all over again. Once again, Wal-Mart proves their customer service to be a zero. I give an extra star for honestly low prices. Truthfully, I should have known better than to not go to a medical center. Never again. Never again to Wal-Mart.

Your employees are great. You don't have enough of them. Today is the 3rd time in just a couple…read moremonths that I have laid my purchases down somewhere and left because there was one person at the register and a long line of customers, and either there is an issue with the register or the cashier has to walk away to find someone or something they need. It's inefficient. I understand it's challenging to find great employees but you're going to have a hard time finding customers if we are waiting in line for 10+ minutes on a Sunday mid morning when things should be relatively smooth. I don't know if it's management or just poor overall business model but it's not good.

She also offers vegan treats as well. 3. Carnitas el tarasco was great as well. Their agua fresca were so fresh. They have different flavors so something to look forward to next time. She was so incredibly personable, funny, and willing to give me suggestions on what to use inside my sandals to help my foot not hurt, and just overall was SUPER SWEET!!! Parking is never a problem, the location is prime, and prices are pretty good. It's not a mall, per se, but I always get the mall shopping feeling when I shop here. There is product all over the floor like someone just went through mad and started knocking stuff down. It's like a tornado went through this store. They may even need to have a sign that saying children under the age of 21 should need an adult. Got a 5 pack of Glad medium size tupperware for $3.50, nice deal. There were some small area/entry rugs for cheap ($3 to $12 depending on size). The furniture wasn't as cheap as I'd hoped. The greeting cards were slightly discounted but could've been cheaper, got a few anyways. If you go here have a plan of what you need/want and comparable prices in mind so you don't spend forever in the store getting lots of random, unnecessary things.

Now, while there are still some good stores, it is showing its age and there are seemingly more local businesses than national chains. The food court has decent dining options. We opted for Chick-fil-A. There's a play area for kids, too, which was nice for killing time -- but, like the mall, could use a refresh. Overall, Castleton is a serviceable mall, but nothing special.

Clean…read more However, they never have lanes open, the lines stretch all the way back to the grocery area... and the people at the (two checkout registers) (especially the man Tracy) move at 1 mile per hour... it is insane. I waited in Tracy's line for almost 30 minutes, which burned my soul. I understand patience is a virtue, but having him slow down an entire checkout line all day... Is very stressful and frustrating to all guests who enter his line. I recommend a target that is better staffed, especially if you have to run in and grab something... This is not the "run in and grab something" type of store... So unless you're shopping for a big family and don't mind the wait, you should avoid shopping here.
