I would not recommend this location to anyone. I went in looking for information to open an account…read morefor my teen. Sat for about 20-30 minutes and I had put my name on the clipboard. It seemed to be many regular clients walking in and out of the office. After waiting someone came over about 1 foot from me and started asking me what I needed. I thought privacy was important but apparently not because she only came over to tell me that I needed an appointment for that and would have to come another day. No business card given and I had to ask her how I could get that done instead of her just saying. So I made an appointment to go in the very next day. Apparently the person who I made an online appointment with was not in and I felt like the two other women present were telling me that the other would help me. No privacy again asking me what I'm coming in for when it says it on the clip board. Sitting down in the middle office I felt like the woman went over a Checklist of why I COULDN'T open an account. She was like you don't have this or that (we DID have all required docs) and i felt like it became a debate and i had to ask why are you assuming that we don't. And the woman was like because most young people- mam i am 35 what in the world. They must not get paid for sales because they were not trying to acquire me or my daughter as a new client. And no I wasn't dressed up in a suit. Idk why I had to discover that my local bank is so horrible. I went online and checked the options after I left and found that that could have helped me. But why would I give them my money????

They replaced the reps with machines and closed about 4 windows only 2. Personally I have no issue…read morebut for a location that services such a huge community with seniors they should have considered the negative ramifications of such action. The lines for customer service is long and folks try yo avoid it by using the ones on the outer perimeter of the mall. You have to wait like 8 mins for an ATM. Outside of all the familair faces like Marshall being gone, people who actually knew you.....it's ok. The one on Linden is closing this mth which means those customers will naturally overflow to this branch. Stress to make money. Stress to manage it. Le sigh!

CITIBank on the whole though, is a teribble bank, infact, you should consider banking with a Credit Union. Same can be said about many banks out there now a-days... Imagine, I have a few accounts at Citibank and I have $5,000 in one of my account, my interest rate for the month on 5 grand was 4 cents - let me repeat - 4 cents - once again - 4 cents...... that's less than the price of an empty Corona bottle... The banks are investing your money and making millions and you get peanuts in return like an hungry elephant..... Recently my friend went there to open a new account, they promised him $200.00 after 6 months of opening a new account, the 6 months was up, he had to call the 800 number so they can investigate he was promise $200.00 dollars and after they did, they sent POINTS !!!! not money, but POINTS in his account online..... so if you are 60 years old and not good with computers, your days are numbers and your points with decay in ciber-space.... The reason I am still with them is 2 things. 1. Its convenient for me. 2. I have too many bills and other stuff linked to my checking account and at the moment I am just to lazy to do it all again. But one day I will though..... I can feel it.....
