I expected a small coffee counter and to be pressured into Capital One banking services, neither of which were true. The staff were next-level friendly, and seemed like they genuinely enjoyed being there. They welcomed me when I walked in, and told me about the drink specials and other amenities at the cafe such as reservable spaces (only for capital one cardholders) and events! I got a cherry vanilla iced matcha latte from the spring menu. It was good and the presentation was nice. It was extremely sweet, so I'd get something else if that's not your thing. They told me that the summer menu focuses on blueberry and ube, so I'll definitely have to try that out! It was somewhat crowded, but there was plenty of seating and outlets. This is the perfect place to get a good drink, get some work done, and even get banking errands done if you're a capital one customer. I have been a TFCU member for (30 years), 5 car loans and sufficient funds in my accounts…read more TFCU has been micro managing my credit card,checking account and sending on each transaction a message to give approval within 30 mins for the purchase or complete shut down on my TFCU bank account and credit card. Yes, My bank account and credit card have been totally shut down, Debit and Credit Card. Called TFCU they activated my checking account after 2 hours on the phone as for the TFCU credit card. They refuse to activate the card plus they have shut down access to my on line sevice to the TFCU Credit Card which includes payments to the credit card,,hmmm late fees. I've spoken to (6) TFCU credit reps asking me purchases made in April,,WTF for ID of me.

A whole SOLAR Powered bank branch and no one thought to put a camera to alert the bank tellers that someone was waiting in the drive through lane to be assisted. Mind you, both the bank teller and the Assistant Manager were in the front with NO line and NO wait. Just a thought, a simple thought, Why not have one person sit in the drive through area and one in the front and assist each other as needed depending on the flow of customers.
