Run from this bank! The female bank manager with glasses is weird and rude. Her office is the first one on the right when you go in. Contemplated opening a bank account with this branch. She sat there with her purse on her desk (very unprofessional) and with a sour puss look on her face the whole time. Her attitude was as sterile as the decor of this bank. Do yourselves a favor and go to Chase down the street or Wells Fargo. Horrible service. Weird bank manager. Will be taking my money and business elsewhere. Jim is a pretty slackful manager. Every time I get a call from an automated survey to review this branch. I give it a zero. Just because of the petty manager Jim. It's 1:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday and he's outside. No reason comes to my mind. The banks only open for a handful of hours today. You would think on a 3-4 hour shift wouldn't require the manager to leave the bank. But that's what you get with Jim boy. I wonder if he is getting paid for a full shift. I haven't had a terrible experience at this bank but I definitely haven't had a five star experience. Whenever I have a problem I know the bankers can help and guide me through my troubles without a problem. Parking has changed within the years, a gate has been placed between the larger section of the parking lot and the bank was left with about 15-ish parking spots. The ATM always seems to be working and if it isn't there are two choices, the drive thru or next to the entrance/exit. read more

ATM drive Thur services only I have never ever hated an ATM machine so much in my life that I got so frustrated and drove away.... and here's why! The buttons are touch screen and super, super sensitive so basically when I tried to touch let's say the number 5 on the key pad I actually had to touch closer to the number 2 and so forth, with that being said after multiple attempts, my card would be returned to me. After the 2nd time of a " wrong" pin number I didn't want to chance my card being taken away and I'm sure the little lovely cameras on the ATM machines had to bleep word after word that came out of my mouth. With that being said, you'd think I'd just go into the bank but they weren't open yet, Oh thank heaven for 7-11 and their Citibank machines. read more

Unbelievable. I think this place was founded around the same time the City of San Fernando was. As if it's not bad enough that they closed off the parking lot ages ago, making it ever more inconvenient, the ATM (only ONE), in this day and age, is out of service multiple times. I was there just the other day, and again, it didn't work and it was too early for the bank to be open. I could not wait since I had an appointment and was already rushed. Worst banking experience ever, horrible staff ,and super fees. I've never been charged so many fees in my life by any bank as much as this idiotic institution I opened a credit card for with a 2500 dollar limit. I injured myself and had to stop working. I had a 2000 balance and the bank charged me interest and continues to charge me interest till the account was over 6000!!!!! All the employees are super condescending, when I walked in the girls at the front didn't even acknowledge me until I walked right to the window. I asked to girl for change and she threw it under the slot like not wanting to touch it or me. I was opening a savings account, I already have a checking account. Then I wrote the name and the manager Jaime or James was also condescending. Called me out and I could barely hear him. I told him I have bad hearing. The manager told me to wait and he was just talking to another employee made me wait about 5-6 minutes. Wasn't work related they were just chatting and laughing. The manager comes to get me and sits me at his desk while putting his keys and not even acknowledging that I'm sitting in front of him. I am crunched in time so I grabbed my cards and told him I would let him fiddle with his keys, he then sarcastically says he was done and I walked out the door. Lame excuse for bank employees. Currently my bank, but probably not in the future. The ATM recordeded a technical issue after it received my deposit and would not credit my account, nor return my deposit. I followed the branch instructions and filed a claim, asked for a provisional credit, while the ATM problem is resolved and was cavalierly told on the phone that the processing of the claim takes at least 10 days, after the branch told me it takes 48 hours!! I cannot use my OWN MONEY for at least 10 days?!! Not my idea of good customer service. In the meantime, I was told that Citibank "Does not" issue apology letters ever, according to Melanie at their service center. Really?!?!?! read more

I've been charged a grand total of over 458 dollars in fees and service charges for this year. I asked if I could close my account. They said I had a checking plus credit line that had been closed for five years still open. It debits about 40 bucks a month out of my account, has for the past few years (at much larger amounts than forty.) Doesn't even give me a warning, just deducts. If the account goes overdrawn they send the phone hounds calling all my old jobs and phone numbers of my deceased parents. I tell the tellers that I can't afford their account, but they tell me that they won't close my account and I got flipped off by the manager Jim last time I asked to talk to a manager over there. So I ask them if they could at least stop charging me the ridiculous credit rate on my checking plus account that adds up a lot each monthly and tacks it on to my principle. They said they couldn't help me out, that it wasn't "their department", even though they cleverly used the excuse to keep my checking account open because of the credit account, that they have no access to the credit department. Nice scam. Lovely way to show no mercy. You would think someone accepting a bailout would know better. read more

By far the worst Citibank when it comes to customer service. I waited in the chairs to be assisted by an associate like I was told. I waited for 15 minutes and nothing. A lady comes in and sits down next to me and she waits no more than 5 minutes. Another associate comes back from break or wherever and starts helping her. I sit there patiently and continue to wait while another banker finishes with her current customer, as her customer gets up after her transaction up she gets up and sees a friend of hers and they start talking. I I sat for another 5 minutes and waited until I couldn't take it anymore. So I drove to another branch & I should have read the Yelp reviews before coming here. By far no structure around customer service. A simple, hey we will be right with you, would have been enough or asking who was here first so that I can help the next customer would have helped. Because of the experience I had today, I'm going to be leaving this bank. Avoid this location at all cost. read more
