Citibank has its own parking lot and drive up ATM. The drive up ATM offers convenient banking since they are 24/7, secure, and you can do banking by staying in your car and with the car running. I went inside to make a deposit and withdrawal with a teller since I needed specific bills and she was helpful. I didn't have to wait long to be helped and it was a seamless process.

Most of the time I cannot make it to the local branch near my home during the week and it's way to crowded on weekends to get anything accomplished so I usually step out from work for a few moments to handle my business here. There's a private lot, drive through atm, and drive through teller. There are usually at least 4 tellers on duty so the line inside goes pretty quickly. I did notice that this branch does not seem to have an active security guard. If I had to make an educated guess I would say it's because they are next door to the Nassau County court house which is swarming with police activity. The only reason this branch gets four stars instead of five is because I came in one day to get my name on my card updated (due to marriage) and the manager handled my request and spelled the name on my card wrong. Not once, but TWICE! I know I wrote it correctly on the form and provided a copy of the marriage certificate for her to verify but she clearly made a typo when she keyed it in. This resulted in me having to cancel the card again and being without a card for several days as I was waiting for the new one to arrive. They did give me a temporary card but it did not have all the necesarry financial functions as a real card. I called her and she was apologetic and did resolve the issue and even offered to expedite the shipping. It still arrived regular mail. She must have forgotten. I will excuse it because it's the only time I have ever had an issue.

What I like most about the TD branches are the teams that are in them. The people in these branches are extremely friendly and helpful. This is very refreshing these days a many places are going with more and more automation to eliminate the branch banker. We use TD for my organizations that have accounta held here and I am just so pleased with the time and attention given to me with any questions I have. I use two branches, one in Mineola (my home Village) and one is Westbury on Brush Hollow Rd. No matter what state you're in they all look the same. The only changes will come from staff or location. This branch right off Old Country Road is an easy in and out with a fair amount of parking. I've been a Chase banker for years now and the reason is simple... They have always taken good care of my banking needs... This comes from a retired banker. I don't visit branches much anymore since the invention of the ATM and online banking. This place is big and bright and an attentive staff that seemed very attentive to their customers.. There were many cubicles and meeting tables... I imagine it can get very busy here. I used the teller to help me make some change. She was pleasant, helpful and reinforced my belief in being a Chase customer. If you have a choice to make about local banks I recommend this Chase branch for your banking needs. I came to the branch only because Chase customer service instructed me to go there to print statements for my closed business account. When I arrived, employee Talwinder Singh first told me it would take 30 minutes. I offered to come back later, but then was told it might take until closing time. When I said I could wait, I was told they could try to print it, but if another customer came in, that person would be served before me even though I was already waiting. When I questioned why customers arriving after me would be prioritized, I received a very dismissive and rude response suggesting I should have had the statements mailed instead. I found the interaction unprofessional and disrespectful, especially since I was following instructions from Chase customer service. What made it even more frustrating is that the statements were ultimately printed in less than 15 minutes. The entire situation could have been handled quickly and professionally from the beginning.

Old Country Rd, in Hicksville; I've felt happy enough to stay loyal for 25 years and it hasn't been the same branch manager the whole time. In the past decade in particular it has only gotten better with a real commitment to improvement in efficiency and customer experience. Banks are still banks, with all kinds of complex procedures, so it's all about the personnel and what kind of human interface they can provide. I'm amazed at the care they must put into the hiring or interview process to get such competent, caring people. There's not a lot of turnover, but when it does happen, each time they find a new star. Though it's not the biggest of banks, and doesn't meet every last one of my needs, they deliver a 110% effort and warmth every day.

She spoke with Relationship Manager Kathryn Cruz Reyes and was able to get a new temporary debit card under my account. The only thing the relationship manager asked to verify my supposed identity was a New York ID card with a Long Island address. By the way, I reside in Staten Island. She also changed my drivers license information, updated the address on my account with 14 Celestial Lane, Levittown, NY. I immediately called the branch after i received an email from Kathyrn after our "meeting" and told her that my address hasn't changed and I've never been to Long Island. Due to this issue, I've accrued extra expenses to secure my identity. After being a customer for more than 15 years, I'm disgusted by the bankers lack of risk control and have yet to hear from the bank regarding an investigation. I'm afraid this person is doing this to others which is why i'm reporting this here and to the authorities!!
